Some of the products sold here are labeled with the wrong price. Once I got to the register, the price went from 1.99plus tax to 2.49 plus tax. I simply asked to pay the advertised price and I had to leave everything I bought due to that one item because if you can be like that with one item, no telling how many other items are poorly managed. And the manager wasnt present to speak to. Other than that. They have cool snacks.
Can we give this place 0 stars. Walked in with a Dasani water bottle in hand looking for tomato juice less than a minute later as we tried to walk out the owner locked all doors and would not let us walk out. He accused us of stealing the water bottle which we had originally walked in with. 2 minutes into arguing back and forth I offered to kindly pay for this water bottle we had taken from his store. He would not accept my payment and continued to hold us hostage at his store. I even offered to buy addition items from his store in hopes that he would unlock his doors to let us go. Finally 10 minutes later he opens the door and lets us leave.
4 dollar drinks? Lol the prices here are ridiculous! Rather go to 7-Eleven or any juice/coffee shop.Also, their cakes and cupcakes have been on display for so long, there is dust on them lol.
The shelves are dusty af. The product is kind of outdated, no variety, and way over priced. No surprise you got 2.1 stars. The environment is too loud to communicate in because the store clerk had his television blaring. The older, gray haired, asian fellow is incredibly condescending and towards whoever he chooses to disrespect (i have seen him show some kindness to others he relates to). When I asked him for assistance instead of politely asking for a quick second to get situated, he puts his hand up to my face and sharply answers wait a mintue, I am doing something. Ummmm...He seems to never have change available, and pressured his patrons to break their bills. And even had an attitude, when we didnt have what he needed. And proceeded to grumble under his breath as we were leaving. And i replied out loud to him He needs to fix his attitude. This place is not high end, so why is he so bitter and disgruntled? If you really dislike your job that much within the customer service industry requiring to respectfully service all walks of life (seeing past your own differences), then maybe customer service isnt for you from one experienced professional to another. You are in a work place to provide peoples needs, its common sense to keep your callous attitude to yourself, until you have a free moment to yourself to decompress. Why commit to keeping your store open if your nasty attitude is so unwelcoming to certain people you choose to be indifferent towards? Money is green regardless of whose hands it comes out of. Someone needs to get a bib and a timeout corner, for this bratty guy. Just saying.
This is the only store in the Cal Plaza and they close when someone has break . New employee sucks.
I was just in this store and waited 5 minutes for the old man attendant with a terrible temper to count his inventory before he tended to me...terrible customer service!
