This pharmacy is the best around. Amanda the pharmacist is the sweetest. Always takes her time to walk me through my meds and always ask about my family. Even her staff remembers my name. Even thought its a bit out of my way i always come here. love it.

The pharmacy has the worst customer service I have ever experienced. Pharmacist seemed fine but could care less about how her staff treats customers. One woman (not the pharmacist) in particular was abrasive and created an extremely unwelcoming environment from the beginning of helping me. She could care less how she treated people and was extremely rude. I did not even see a name tag on her so couldnt get her name. Will never be coming back to this pharmacy.

I love thrifty ice cream. usually i go to a beverly hills location and have never had problem there. This one only had half of the flavors . i asked the women working her name was norma or something like that. I asked her for cookie dough the only good flavor that was left. I received something with pecans and caramel . and it was icy and starchy. i could not finish it. my family also said there ice cream did not meet there standards whatsoever and we are not even ice cream snobs . Do not go to this location for ice cream!

I went to buy a bottle of wine and they refused me service because my 12 year old daughter was with me and she was under 21. Absolutely horrible customer service.

ONE OF THE MOST RUDE & Disrespectful pharmacist on planet earth! Could understand if she was speaking English or Farsi to me?! I know because I speak both fluently. She refused to fill my prescription when she had a LEGAL obligation to fill it. LEGALLY anyone getting a prescription has up to 3-days max to fill it early. My last fill was on 6/5 & today is 7/3... her attitude was as if I was a drug dealer or something! I think she should be fired trying to play GD with other people medications!!!!

I am a travel nurse from Indiana. The staff were more than helpful in helping me get what I needed. I am very satisfied with the service and friendliness. I will recommend this store to anyone needing pharmacy services

I love this place. When I first came here I was not sure what to expect. However, the this is the only place in the LA area with PINK silly string. It was something I will never forget. If you are feeling adventurous like I was, give this place a try!

Amazing deals on liquor here. They also see Thriftys ice cream! Quick bit of advice, if youre buying alcohol with a group of people either everyone will have their IDs ready or just dont talk to the person buying the alcohol.

Dont waste your time... go somewhere else. If you are a new patient there is zero communication on why youre waiting for a prescription that was called in hours in advance. Tech was very rude and didnt seem like wanting to communicate in a normal way. Yelling from one side of the pharmacy to the other and simply not communicating whats going on or giving any accurate wait time. Pharmacist spent more than 20 minutes with someone explaining a minor system glitch (not prescription related), while I was waiting for my prescription and then right in front me she argues with the tech how the patient has lots of prescription with them and she does not what to lose the patient and wants to give them the best service. Meanwhile, Im still waiting, Im not being talked to or acknowledged but have to listen to them argue. I guess they only care about patients with a ton of prescriptions than providing the same service to EVERYONE that walk in.

The pharmacy manager (Samantha) was super helpful and a very nice person. Great service!!
