Never go to this place again. It was the worst experience I ever had.The workers recommend testers to my girlfriend, so she tried few testers on her arm, and this caused allergic reactions on her skin. She never had this reaction before by using other products, so this freaked me out. I asked the employee to give a first aid kit or anything that can reduce the reaction, but they kept saying we are not a hospital; we don’t have anything. They just ignored us. After I asked few times, they spray alcohol on her arm and put aloe vera. It feels like they really don’t care about their customers. We were so upset about the workers attitude. Even after I came back home, I was so angry that my girlfriend was treated this way. This was a very unpleasant experience.

Worst response and attitude ever.I went there around 4:30 yesterday, I asked them to recommend a toner, and she sprayed me with two products on my wrist.She introduced me to the product as being very mild and plant-based.Right after that, my wrists started to itch and red terribly, and I panicked and asked them what to do. They just stared, and at my request, they sprinkled alcohol.They just organize up the mask packs, and it seemed like they were waiting for me to leave quickly. At that time, there were three employees but very few customers. They said, I dont have any medicine. This is the first time. And she continued to organize the mask packs.I understand so much that they cant give me medicine, but I was very very upset at their response and attitude.I dont know how good they have, but their response and service were the worst.

Ordered from this man online sent the wrong perfume when I called to ask him to send the right one he wanted me to mail it back on my dime when I asked him and told him I don’t think that was fair he hung up on me do not do business with him very very rude and unprofessional!

Its me, Lita, from HairFreek Barbers. Ive been struggling to find a makeup product with good coverage and blend ability. All that lighting at the shop shows every sun spot and wrinkle.I found this little gem store. The employees were friendly and knowledgeable. I found a really nice concealer by Este Lauder. Its thick enough to cover a small tattoo.I spent $40 and got a really nice gift. It was far more valuable than what I paid! I signed up for their membership program where I can get offers and discounts.Ill just come here first when I need cosmetics. Im tired of wasting money on RightAid makeup.

Great place with good skincare, makeup products.Price-wise it’s the same as any other k-beauty shops.I was there on May 21st 2018, they had promotion buy 10 sheet masks get 5 free ($1 each)I got detoxing foot pads (they had only 2 kinds though). 18 pads for $17.99Personal was friendly

The attendant was very friendly and informative. I was able to find a few things I’ve been looking for, to try on and play around with. also happy I discovered a few new products.From makeups, skin cares and bath body items, to cosmetic tools, this is a one-stop kind of cosmetic store you can expect (theres certain brands they do not carry).Products might be a bit pricey from their original prices back in Asia, but do have appreciate the store is offering so many good products here in the US, gotta pay for the import taxes and conveniences.

Korean woman sales associate following me all the way while I did shopping. Pretended to be placing or rubbing something. Felt myself uncomfortable. Dont wanna go back. Sad, because I love Korean cosmetic.

I love all their products. I recommend this shop to all girls who buy make ups.

You can get a variety of Korean skincare and makeup. The staff was very helpful and gave me good recommendations for my type of skin.

Cosmetic World Brushes is a gem in Burbank! The staff is super attentive the the selection is fantastic! I came to see the 35O palette and play with it and found a bunch of other GREAT products!!! They carry occ, la girl, and so much more! Love Cosmetic World Brushes!!!!

They really upped their game. They have expanded and now have a lot more products.
