I am hooked on this place! Sarah was so helpful, kind and knowledgeable of the products. She was so patient and understanding of my needs and took her time with me. And she wasnt pushy! And as for the products? Ive been using the skincare, haircare and makeup for a while now and have had wonderful results!

The store was well laid out, however prices were not laid out in an easy to see location. The staff was friendly and knowledgeable, with a good variety of higher end products that were mostly made in the US.

I went in today with no clue on how to start transitioning to clean cosmetics or hair products. Ryan was absolutely amazing!!! She was patient, helpful and very informative. Can’t wait to come back to get some clean skincare products. Great experience!

Kayla is the best. My skin has improved so much and she worked with me about my resections with the diet changes. Her treatments are relatively quick yet very thorough. Grateful to have been recommended this place because my skin was in rough shape!

I live in Cleveland, OH and my only experience has been through online purchases. I cannot say enough amazing things about their customer service! I also LOVE the option to purchase 4 samples for $7.99. Its a great way to test a product before investing your hard earned money into a product that may or may not work for you.

I cannot say enough about The Detox Market!! Not only has his been a savior for me since I chose to eliminate toxins from my products and life (if you’re serious enough about it there is no other store, physical or online, that has the standards that they do) but I just got home today to an order that had been ripped open and stolen from from front porch. I was devastated. Not only was it an expensive order but I needed the products in there for traveling for work. I just called the store and they’re going to replace the entire order - now find me a business in LA that operates on levels of trust and care for their customers like that! I am a customer for life.

I had checked out some products online but really wanted to test them in person so when I had the opportunity to visit the Beverly store I was really excited. I must say, the staff was very friendly and knowledgeable, and could easily explain the difference between “similar” products to me. They allowed me to roam around the store without feeling any pressure and I left with a bunch of new exciting products I couldn’t wait to try. One of the products was out of stock but the sales person told me it could be delivered by mail within 2 days (I was traveling). When I realized I wouldn’t receive my product in time (tracking said 4 days) I contacted customer service with my concern by email and was blown away by their team! Not only did they make me feel understood and valued as a customer, they couriered the product to my door in time for my trip!Highly recommend this retailer and they have won a loyal customer and beauty product addict A+++

Truly best customer service. The first time I walked in I asked about a couple products and went to buy them and the lady instead sent me away with samples and told me if I didnt like them to come back and sample something else until I loved one. When people care about YOU more than sales... Amen.

Beautiful shop, but terrible customer service. The ladies at the store didnt say hello to anyone and were on their computers the whole time as several people left the store because no one offered to help them with the products. A friend and I were excited to finally go to the store as we had researched some products we liked on their online shop and we were planning on switching out a lot of our current makeup to the clean beauty products available at The Detox Market. After my friend approached one of the sales staff to ask about one of the products she was interested in learning more about, the saleswoman rolled her eyes and proceeded to make her feel ashamed for even asking questions about the makeup. It is unfortunate that the store staff didnt take into account the negative customer experience resulting from their indifference. We walked out without purchasing anything due to such terrible customer service.

Great atmosphere and food with pre-fixe menu options that are good value. Great desserts in particular. Busy, vibrant scene. Friendly service.

I discovered The Detox Market about a year ago and immediately fell in love with the stores concept and mission to raise awareness of toxicity in the beauty world. Fast forward to now and Im lucky enough to be part of The Detox Team, supporting natural beauty brands in getting the recognition they deserve!

I ordered many times now from the detox market never had a problem with my purchase till now, i recently ordered De mamiel cleansing dew and cleansing balm package got in safe to me but when it was time to use the product for the first time the cleansing dew pump is defected. So i contact them via email and call them to resolve my product issue, but havent heard from them at all. I mean for a high product price a i expect it to be excellent.but horrible customer service dont care about customer satisfaction. And for that i dont think ill ne shopping with this company at all.im very disappointed.
