Terrible experience. Order placed on Dec 3 w “guaranteed” arrival by Dec 25. Received email on Dec 19 that my order will arrive sometime on or after Dec 28 and that holiday guarantee only applies to domestic US - we live in Oregon. Emails and phone call not returned. We are going to have a very disappointed child on Christmas morning. I would never order from Represent again.

Worst service ever...and product is poorly made, made in China then the Represent label is added.They have nearly NO customer service, dont reply to emails and then decide when they want to reply to emails.Please avoid at all costs.
