Philip Duke was absolutely fantastic to work with. I had a previous experience with a less than ideal broker, and a lot of conflicting information had me concerned my dog may get turned around. Philip gave me all the information I needed, took care of everything regarding the process for me, and made the necessary adjustments when my dogs first flight had to be rescheduled. If I could leave zero stars I would! Not only were there errors on my customs tax worksheet, but the import supervisor had such an attitude and lack of professionalism, I will never use their services again. Beware!
