We had a shipment held in customs and called TKK after hours not knowing if they would answer. Vivian answered and was able to assist us right away. she was able to help us understand the process and provided us with tips for future shipments. I was incredibly impressed by her knowledge and extremely thankful for her assistance!

This is the worst customer service I ever gotten - saying I dont want to do business with you easier than shutting people down. I have tried to contact this lady for over two weeks and it looks like she probably doesnt want to do this work. This is ridiculous, I will never to save my life deal with her. She needs to get reality check.
