Amazing team! I had an issue with my printer that required a lengthy investigation. They were very responsive and helped address the issue that we had. Our office purchased the printer in summer, 2019. Stopped working within a year and a half. Which can happen. I get it.But the customer service? Wow. THE WORST. It took forever to finally get to someone. Had to pay $200 for the shipping box just to send it back. Then after over two months, we dont even know the progress. and every time we call, the same answer, they dont know yet. Wow. just WOW.Spending that much $$ and efforts on marketing, and yes you guys are good at collecting the $$ and yes youre amazingly good at disappearing when the problems happen. Well done.

Wow! Quality products from printers to resins, I have 3 printers and they are highly reliable and easy to operate, my office is heavy n clear aligners and nightguards but they have a wide library of materials that could allow much more:) Highly recommended

Repeated inquiry submitted regarding items that never arrived. Had to go through the credit card company to reverse the charges for me to resolve the case. Request for support has been met with total silence. Selling my Sprintray and switching to Formlabs.

I had an issue with a scan. I called Sprint Ray.Filloreta resolved it very quickly for me. She was very friendly and informative. Every encounter I have had with Sprint Ray support has been positive. I am very thankful for them !!!

I’ve been very unhappy with my Sprintray pro and moon-Ray printer. I have had numerous problems with appliances not fitting. Their customer service is very friendly over the phone but it is a full time job trying to troubleshoot problems. I would not recommend getting a 3D printer. When it works, it’s good but when it doesn’t, it is too difficult to troubleshoot. I do not think it is worth the cost and/or time. I have returned to taking impressions and pouring in stone. What a waste!

Wow these guys’ CS is unreal. Within 24 hours of sending a support request from their webpage I’d had numerous emails followed by a tech dialling in from California to update my printer and sort out our issues. Absolutely stunned by this. I’ve bought all sorts of expensive home and work tech over the years but never experienced this kind of slick response.Oh and their Pro 95 printer is the absolute bomb. I

We have had some trouble with our surgical guides printing properly. Yesterday we realized that we had a surgery coming up soon and we needed to solve the issues. I am so glad that we were able to have Amir help us out . He knew what to do and went out of his way to go beyond good customer service to get us up and running . Love the Sprintray 3D printers. Cant say enough good things about their service and support. The printer has work for over a year and whenever I had any questions customer service has been second to none.My greatest complement for Sprintray has been their post sale service and education that helped me offer next level dentistry for my patients.

My Moonray started to not print at 15 months. After months of waiting for feedback, they said that the projector needs to be replaced. I made the mistake of upgrading to the new Pro model (which there was not a good incentive to trade up). Now they want 1600$ to replace the projector. They take forever to reply to emails. Poor customer service and poor product so far. I will be moving onto a different company as soon as this new pro craps out (probably 12 months from now based on prior expectations).

My friend introduced me to the companys product, sprintray pro. I bought this product around early July of this year. However, I noticed a malfunction of the Lid Safety Sensor. I wanted to repair, replace, or refund this broken part, but They just told me to turn off the Lid Safety Sensor.Ive sent numerous e-mails, but They are avoiding replies and lying countless times telling me to visit and fix it.Salesman asks me to contact the sprintray company directly. If the product has a problem, They need to tell me how to fix it. It has already been avoided for more than 2 months.I dont recommend it to this company that has a big problem in the A/S part.After 1 weekThey are avoiding continued answers, and a lot of problems are occurring in our company.Are there any companies like this?

Bought a Pro 95 printer in Dec 2019. Had calibration issues on the first one from the get go and after tearing several tanks they had me send it back Jan 2020. Its now Feb 2020 and the replacement has an issue with the screen going out and they want me to send it back again. They keep trying to upsell me to the premium care plan but I dont feel like a 7k printer should have so many issues in 2 months, I have been broke down as much as I have used it. They have been a little funny about fixing/replacing them even though they are brand new.Some of their customer support people are on top of it and very good (Estevan) but some of them dont have a clue, I was told some bad information by some of their techs. Also a little frustrated that the moonray has many more resins avaliable, tanks are less than half, unless you really really need the biger build space I would buy the moonray.When the pro 95 works I would give it 5 stars, but with all the down time and headaches all things considered I would say 2 stars, if I feel things improve I will update my review. May just return it. Frustrated.

First of all let me say how amazing their technology has been to the growth of our business and dental practice. We use our SprintRay printer 4-5 days out of any given week. Our practice has become more for the better because of 3D printing, as the digital workflow allows a more precise and efficient end product and rapport with our clientele. I am very glad I jumped on a whim and decided to go with SprintRays MoonRay back in 2017. I am happy to see that they are always constant innovating to push technological advances to the next level, as seen with their SprintRay Pro product!Last of all, it has been a pleasure to know that Ive always had the best support on all fronts of their business, whether its their CEO, Cary in tech support or their knowledgeable team members Mr. Han Kim or Ms. Elissa Cheney!
