The amount of negative information that is found about this company, Ever Dear, and the HUGE amount of excuses you promulgate baffles the mind! Every time you get called to take responsibility for something, you have yet ANOTHER excuse as to why its someone elses fault. This is a scam, and your victims are lonely grieving people. NO ONE in my family or of my acquaintance will ever use your company again. And, I will spread this message far and wide, even so far as local media, so that as few people as possible get used by you.

Like other reviewers, I researched several cremation diamond companies once I decided that was how I wanted to memorialize my sweet kitty companion. EverDear provided timely and caring communication and also the best price, although I was a little nervous about the process. Their customer service was reassuring and excellent, though - especially when Covid-19 caused delays in their lab and delivery schedules. After 5 months, I was contacted with a photo of my diamond - beautiful yellow, like my cat - and received it about a week later with a kind note and the size/weight of the diamond itself. Im having it set into a ring so my little buddy is always with me. I really thank EverDear for offering this unique service and giving me a beautiful way to treasure our life together.

Staff are very helpful and update me closely through the process.At the beginning, i was expecting the diamond will take 11 months and they finished it up for 5 months only which surprised me a lot! i am very happy to have the diamond sooner then i expected.I have ordered 0.25-0.29 cart. Since my dog is a small size dog and ash is not much, Staff - Beena Menghrajani said can have a smaller amount of ash to process the diamond so that i can keep the remaining ash for my memory/back up. This move is very touching! Now i have both diamond and ash to be with me for the memory of my beloved dog!

I recently received my yellow memorial diamond, which came set into a beautiful ring. The entire process took about six months. Everdear was very responsive by email and phone. They sent me pictures of the diamond at key stages - the rough, the faceted/polished, and when it was set into a ring. I researched other vendors high and low before deciding on Everdear. In my opinion, they are the most transparent, straightforward, and affordable.

I am so happy I found EverDear. After my beloved dog passed away and got cremated I wanted to keep something special of my dear dog with me all times. I decided to send the ashes of my dog to EverDear. I must say, they were very helpful, professional and after some month (thats what it takes for the diamond to grow) I received the most beautiful diamond - I cant beleive that my dear dog became a diamond.
