We were unfortunately one of those weddings that was scheduled during COVID, but Im so glad we had Jeremy to take care of all our ring needs! He went above and beyond to get my ring cleaned multiple times, including right before our big day. All the cleanings were done the correct way, nothing quick that just lasts a short time.His custom work and customer service during and after makes him our go to person in LA =).

Jeremy was great!! I went into the engagement ring process not knowing much, but came out sounding pretty competent. Jeremy and the service there was first class! During my visits, was never rushed, took the time to explain everything (even though I already had a good idea of what I wanted), sent the ring back free of charge to make a minor correction that I thought would make it look better, and followed up later when we were ready for our band discussions.One thing I really liked was the fact that they had many diamonds on hand, so you knew exactly what diamond you were buying vs. looking at the diamond specs and diagrams online and deciding. There is something about being able to see what you buy that I really wanted to have. Jeremy and Briana were so helpful in making my custom wedding ring. I wanted it to curve precisely around my engagement ring, and they sent me a CAD image ahead of time to make sure it was exactly what I wanted. The ring came back and it was great, but too tight. So then they stretched it, but it didnt hug my engagement ring perfectly. One last adjustment, and its perfect now! I share this because Jeremy and Briana were totally understanding throughout this process, and Jeremy even made two trips to my apartment to drop off/pick up the ring. Excellent service!

FourSquare randomly bopped me over the head with this one recommendation and, you know what, it worked out perfectly.I was in Downtown with aims to get my fathers watch fixed. Its not an expensive watch by any means, but the sentimental value is through the roof apparently. I had given him the watch as a Fathers Day gift more than 10 years ago. Before my pops dipped backed to Belize, I was determined to sort this watch out so I took it to Roxbury.They promised same day service and delivered to boot. As it turns out, it was not a battery issue. Because of the ocean air in Belize, there was a good amount of corrosion to the battery and the conductors. Not only did they replace the battery, their repair guy adjusted the bezel to make it more air tight, which should give the watch more life yet. My pops couldnt be happier.While I waited, there was no up-selling either. The atmosphere in the office is very casual, which I can definitely appreciate. Ask for Jeremy. He did right by me.

The only confusing part of our experience was when we received the call that our rings were ready. We went in to pick them up and...they were...not our rings?

When you first walk in to Roxbury Jewelry in the Bank Bldg at the Jewelry Mart in LA you notice their store front and business processes for working with customers is very different from the all the other shops in the Jewelry Mart. Its a family owned business and they are serious about providing the best quality diamonds and rings with the best customer service and price. You are not just another customer but someone that RoxBury cares about. Our experience working with the Roxbury team was awesome! They were super accommodating with our busy schedules. Since we dont live in LA we were able to doing things over email and phone. To this date my wife (she said yes!) gets compliments on her beautiful ring everywhere we go. Whether she is out running errands, out to dinner, working or traveling, she gets a lot of compliments (I have witnessed continual compliments on her beautiful Roxbury Ring). My wife loves her ring so much she even sleeps with it on at night :) I could not have been happier about the education of fine jewelry, the results (the custom ring) and last but certainly not least the cost. Roxbury taught me about Diamonds and the best combinations for the best prices. They were also one of the few jewelers that had larger (1+ carat) of different cut diamonds. My wife was sure she wanted radiant or emerald, but we had a very hard time finding any sample stones at other jewelers. ( I shopped at least 7-8 different stores from SD to LA). Dont take my word for it, go to at least 2-3 other jewelry stories first then hit up Roxyburys. It should be obvious at that point which jeweler is great and which jeweler just wants to sell you their current inventory at inflated prices. They dont have a fancy store front of lots of pre-made ready to sell rings, but make up for that in their quality and selection of diamonds, and ability to create exactly what you want. They have lots of samples to try on to help you figure out what you like (and do not like), if you dont already have an exact design in mind.
