We needed to update our entire house with new windows (all fifty!) and didn’t know where to begin. We struggled to find a knowledgeable supplier that didn’t just try and sell us but someone that could explain the choices and help us make good decisions. After getting the runaround from a number of other suppliers, we were referred to Westside Door and we could not be happier with both their guidance and service. Replacement windows or new construction? Casement, sliders, awnings? Wood, vinyl or clad? Grids or no grid? Removable or roll up screens? Marvin, Lincoln, Milgard, others? The choices were overwhelming at first but Robert took the time to walk us through all of the manufactures with their pros and cons. Once we settled on Lincoln he helped us understand and choose all of the options. In the end, Robert and Westside were a great choice for us and we are very pleased with the entire buying experience.
I had a problem with my Integrity window order that could have been made much worse without assistance from Westside Door, Windows and Mouldings. But Howard stepped in and assured me he would help me through the situation, and he did. Within an hour of my phone call, Howard had 2 people from his showroom at my house to see what was going on and the next day, the window manufacturer rep, Teresa, came out too. Teresa returned the following day to meet with my contractor. (She also bent over backwards to help) Howard and the rep coordinated the best way to solve my problem with the least amount of frustration for me - after all, none of us would get out of this without being inconvenienced. This path meant that Westside Door, Windows and Mouldings would be absorbing a substantial financial loss on my job. I went to Howard because of his businesss excellent reputation. Based on the treatment I received, I will always come back (I need to replace many windows in my home over time) and I will enthusiastically recommend Westside Door, Windows and Mouldings every chance I get too. There is nothing worse then getting an attitude when paying hundred of dollars for a custom good. Bad service, and bad attitude. i just feel bad for the couple nice workers in there because the place had awful vibe
Professional, fast, and efficient.They came to measure custom shower glass and doors. Took his time for precise measurements and few days later came back to install them.Over all Im happy with their service.Definitely will come back for future projects.
So I am going to give them max stars for the following reasons. They absolutely try to do their best under all the circumstances they are under. If you communicate and have your plan in place everything should go smoothly. There are so many people that are in touch with your order that stuff will get a little disorganized. Their intentions are to do their best. The delivery folks are also doing great job.
The worst customer service starting with the electronic answering service. There was a missing lock to my door and I still have not received it nor had any response to my 2 emails. To top it off, they recommended a guy to install the door. It is embarrassing. They need to rectify this and so far have not. There are plenty of other places to go and I suggest you do so.
Westside Door and Mouldings is incredibly unreliable and unresponsive. Wed been told that wed get our doors in two to three days from the date they were ordered. Later, we were told that wed get them by the fifth day. On the fifth and sixth day, I called the store five times to figure out if and when the doors would be delivered. Nobody would take responsibility. I just kept getting transferred to peoples voice mail and those people never acknowledged my messages. Meanwhile, I had a crew waiting to paint and install the doors, on the clock, at the construction site. I couldnt get, Juan Perez, the sales rep who handled my order to respond by phone or email. Edwin, the person in charge of delivery, acted like he couldnt be held to the delivery date Juan had given us. The order was for a total of eight doors.
I just repaired/remodeled my home and worked with numerous different people and businesses during this process. Unfortunately, my experience with Jamie at Westside doors was extremely difficult. He is unprofessional, rude, and has way too much attitude. I sent him tons of photos with measurements and was sold hardware for my current front doors based on these photos. Almost everything was the incorrect fit and I had to return these pieces and buy replacement items from another store. I did not appreciate Jamie’s attitude during the return process as well as the 25% restocking fee.
Dont waste your time or money. Not a good place to buy supplies. Customer service is the worst I have experienced in 50 years. Horrible. Run!
