I used Ortiz Flowers in Los Angeles for a birthday dinner last year and they made amazing well priced arrangements and delivered them to the party location. Everyone raved about the flowers.Since then they are the only florist I use for special occasions in CA. Orchid and hydrangea arrangement lasted nearly 3 weeks!!!

Placed an order with the shop and must say, the service was exceptional and the arrangement was above Average and VERY elegant.Timely delivery and approved by the woman that received them.Servicio Excepcional!!!! Great pricing.

If I can give no stars I would. we purchased many items for a funeral and they let us down. They were late on the delivery and we didnt even get what we ordered. They showed up delivering the items in the middle of the service and they didnt deliver everything we ordered. When we went back and asked for our money back for the undelivered items they said no. This makes me so angry especially when we needed these for a funeral! I cant believe someone runs a business like this! Will never purchase from them again and I suggest no one does. Bad customer service and dont follow through on deliveries. The location we went was 663 E. 8th street.

Nice flowers, but most importantly : a very nice owner who protected us from two crazy junkies who where threatening my wife and family on the street in front of his shop ! Thanks again...and foreigners : avoid the whole downtown area at all cost !
