Great customer service! The manager is so humble. He attended to me 100%, the whole time I thought he was the regular support staff on the floor. Meanwhile hes managing a whole store and he gave me all of his undivided attention. Im so grateful to Buddy. Oh and they have this lady there who applies the phone screen protectors like no bodies business. She just swoops in like superman and bammm done to perfection. No bubbles or lint stuck on your screen. Flawless.

For you old enough to remember I have two words to describe this store: circuit city. For those who are not old enough to remember what that means let me explain it: nobody there knows anything about their own products, the staff including the manager are extremely rude to the point of being discriminatory to their own customers. Even with corporate on the phone they were unwilling to assist me. They’re all lazy woke folks with a chip on their shoulders They should all be fired

I went in because of a battery issue with my MacBook and Kay J was able to do a diagnostic really quick and give all the information and pricing, after mentioning I am from out of state they mentioned they could get it back to me in 4 days but I received an email on the 2nd day that it was ready for pickup. The process was very efficient and hassle free, and I’m glad I chose this outlet. Thank you to all the employees that helped out!

Brought my phone for charging port issues.. they stated they needed to take it apart and replace parts.. I went to pick it up and it’s sim locked to a carrier and they say call that carrier and not there problem.. I was off better not getting it fixed as it’s useless to me now.. refused to give me there store manger info or distric manager info and said call AppleCare as they wont help me

Great spot. Very helpful staff and a very good vibe. It’s also in the Beverly Center. It’s on the 5th floor for anyone who gets lost in the Beverly Center’s maze-like mall configuration. It’s not as big as some apple stores, but size doesn’t always matter, right?

Remember when it was an experience to shop at Apple? I picked Apple Beverly Center on the web because it was the cheapest and they communicated with me very well. My flight plan changed due to weather and Theo, our contact, worked with my changed arrival. He stopped at a drug store for my wife and me because our cosmetics did not arrive with our bags. He knew where he was going and made us feel comfortable and safe. I would use Apple Beverly Center again in a minute.

I would never expect this from Apple. Manager Josh and the genius person John should be fired. John took such a long time resolving my issue and didnt even know what to do kept on going back and forth and giving me dofferent answers, was also so rude and was tapping on my laptop like a toy in front of me. So i asked to change the person and the manager Josh had come and John was still standing behind him like what are you guys doing are you just out of elementary school or what. They didnt even comply to my simple request of checking if my macbook pro charger was working. They have so many devices they could have checked with any and i only have one with a usb c charger. Things are already very difficult because of covid and very hard to get an apple appointment too. And then due to people like this its such a waste of our time and energy and the damage to the mental health after such experiences. APPLE PLEASE FIRE THESE BOTH. They are taking some other worthy persons job who really needs it and they take it as a joke.

Worst experience at Applestore felt so unsafe the lady touched my forehead with the scanner for temperature which is extremely unsafe. Didn’t see a worker use the hand sanitizer one time! Also noticed techs using expired wipes to “sanitize” devices with customers. As well as notice them use same rag to wipe floor as they do iPhones and managers should be on top of this but nope, Cobain and John C, are the most unqualified managers I’ve ever seen especially in a time like this re-opening you guys chose the wrong people for the job. They act on emotion and not realistic understanding. I won’t get into detail but I will say they acted in in the utmost unprofessional way, meanwhile breaking safety protocols left and right. Social distancing? Ha yea right no not here! They also gave me back a non responsive device and said it was fixed and wouldn’t take another look. I did my part I showed up 15 min early to my apt, they didn’t see me till 1pm when my apt was at 12:45pm. My phone was sitting I. The back “ready” but they allowed me to wait past the hour they quoted me, Even after a worker checked on it several times. There more to the story but bottom line sores not ready to reopen.

They claim to have moved to a bigger location within the mall. Unless the previous spot was the size of a hotel room, I don’t see much extra space in the new location. Staff is great and helpful. These stores need more air conditioning considering the amount of lights that are on over your head. It wasn’t hot in there, but if you speed walk out of the store you could slightly get hot.

If you are ALREADY a customer of Apple. Good luck getting customer service if you don’t have an appointment. They’ll happily take your money as a new customer and give you all the time in the world but if you’re an existing customer needing help, you’ll need to set up an appointment DAYS In advance, get there early, WAIT longer than you’re appointment time then wait hours for something simple as a battery replacement because their $500+ phones batteries don’t hold a charge even for a day.Save your money, go with an adroid phone. Much less expensive and more options down the road.

HERE WE GO AGAIN!!... Ok, when Apple not only does the right thing for me once (last year, they gave me two free Apple Watch Bands because they werent happy that I had to wait over ten minutes to check me out) now, they go ahead and hit me with unmatched customer service again. I choose to spoil myself with one thing, Apple. Some people buy fancy clothes. Some people buy cars or houses or whatever floats there expensive boat. For me, its Apple products. I try my best to upgrade my gear the day it comes out. iPhone, Apple Watch, Mac Book Pro, iPad Pro, Air Pods Pro, Apple TV+, you get the point. The only product that a little to rich for my blood is the Mac Pro. If you order one will every upgrade possible, youre looking at around 55k. Dont believe me, go price one. Anyway, I recently noticed my Titanium Apple Watch Edition Series 5 (try saying that five times quickly) was not holding a charge. Now, I always get Apple Care Plus for all of my Apple tech, for this exact reason. Apple asked me a few simple questions, and before I knew it, they NEXT DAY AIRED ME a brand new watch, saving me a little over 1k$. It didnt even take them a full 24 hours. People can say what they want about Apple, but try showing me an example of a company going to such lengths to keep just one loyal customer happy. Now, my next purchase, I hope, will be the new 2020 iPad Pro. Its not out yet, but intuition is telling me MARCH 2020.

Oh what have you done to Apple???? Customer service is simply non existent. They think they help but it’s sounds like a complete nonsense. I am visiting LA from Las Vegas and got my screen shattered and the glass is falling off and it hurts my fingers. So I find the closest location to West Hollywood and stay 30 minutes just to get to representative. And after three or four different people they told me I should come over to the store to make an appointment and if they have necessary detail and it’s gonna be in their timely manner they might fix it. Yes. They said IF they had a detail. Because apparently it’s some secret information to know the availability of the screen for my phone. And it definitely makes sense for me to take a cab and go to the store so one of the geniuses will turn me back in 39 seconds.Its very confusing day for me. I finally realized that Apple hustles money providing zero support. But I also figured the new Galaxy is not all that bad after all.Sad face.

My first bad experience with Apple. The salesperson got up and said well I cant help you anymore, and walked off. What I thought would be a smooth process of getting the new MacBook and exchanging my old one turned into a wasted morning. In the end, all the issues with exchanging my laptop meant I didnt get any useful advice on choosing the new computer,. A manager did help me, but when I told her about her colleague who just walked away, she went to talk to the salesperson and they started laughing together. Felt like they didnt care and were openly laughing about customers.

Obviously Apple has the most amazing products. Their stores are gorgeous. The staff is mediocre at best. Everyone looks miserable. They stand around appearing to be doing nothing while dozens of people wait in line. Genius Bar was closed. And I was told I couldn’t buy product today? TERRIBLE. My iPhone 7 plus has been playing up and so I scheduled an appointment to go see a genius. I was made to wait a good 20minutes past my appointment time, because they were running late. After John ran analytics on my phone he suggested I go home and restore to factory settings to then sign back in with my apple id. I did, however when asked for the apple id it was asking me for a yahoo account. Ive never had yahoo. After waiting in line for 20 something minutes I spoke to an apple representative by the name of Justin that admitted that this happens quite often as the apple employee when deactivating the find my iphone in your phone, also logs in with their own apple given id. I was asked to send the proof of purchase, which I did. Then he told me that theyd be in contact. I asked for a more precise time, at which he said he couldnt give me an exact time as it may be a few hours or DAYS. I asked for a supervisor. Spoke to Mercedes who then told me that its a minimum of 4 days before they can release the activation lock or Id have to go back into the store. INCREDIBLE. I now have to leave work in the middle of the day to go to the apple store (wait God knows how long) to have my phone back to working, after they made this mistake. Im incredibly disappointed, not only do I need my phone for safety reasons but also I need it to get around, use navigation, work, and so on. If I could give a 0 star review I would.

Make sure you get a notarized copy of your appointment. And arrive an hour early so they honor the appointment. Went to a 6:20 appointment and was told it never arrived on their system. Was made to wait an hour, just adding more to my parking total. Screw apple and their products. Last iPhone I purchase.

Horrible experience with this store. I went in to replace the battery for the 6s plus, after diagnosis, specialist said Im eligible and I had to come back in 2 hours to pick up the phone. When I came to pick it up, they said that they found some water that leaked inside and that they cannot replace the battery since they cannot guarantee the repair. They suggested to get a phone replacement. I declined and left. Upon returning to the office, I tried to make some phone calls but I could not hear anyone from the ear speaker. Main speaker works fine when making calls. I called the store and after some diagnosis over the phone, they suggested to bring it back to the store and if they determine that the problem is from the water leak, they would charge me to fix that problem. The phone worked fine before taking it to this store in all aspects except for average battery life.Took the phone to local repair store in Beverly Connection, he opened it and it turns out that Apple technician broke the cable for the ear speaker, this is why I could not hear people calling me. The option to go back to their store and having them telling me again that they need to fix water leak damage before they replace the cable was out of question. had the guy fix it and replace the battery too. ZERO trust in APPLE, I expect to use the phone for another year then back to Galaxy.

There is something intriguing about this particular apple store that a lot of the staff seem to be avoiding eye contacts with us. We came in with an appointment and we walked in no one tried to talk with us. So we have to walk up to someone and the guy just kind of ignored us and walk to another customer. So we sat at the genius bar for like 5 minutes still no one approached us. We watched more than three staffs entering the back of the store and two of them were just trying so hard to avoid eye contact with me. Eventually the third guy acknowledged our existence and asked about out situation. Everything after that is fine, but I sill fond this apple store quite weird.PS we returned an hour later to pick up the phone. While we are waiting, we saw other customers came in and the staffs just kept talking with each other without approaching them. Like why???!

I had a great experience here. The service was a bit slow but everyone was very accommodating. Unlike Santa Monica, there is always someone available to assist you and answer questions. I appreciated that they took the time to ensure I knew everything about my phone and answered every question I had. Parking is an expensive nightmare, but its the Beverly center... so I know what to expect. The Apple Store itself is nice and never too busy like the stand alone store in Santa Monica.

The mall starts mostly around level four. So if you park inside you probably want to take the outside escalators up. Pretty confusing. The whole mall is pretty weird actuality. Theyre playing off the Beverly Hills angle... And there are some high end stores inside, but this isnt really where rich purple who live in the posh part of BHs go.

Hands down the worst customer service experience of any Apple Store Ive ever been in.Dealt with manager who either doesnt know how to do his job or simply doesnt want to help customers. Regardless, he needs some serious training/re-training or even better, move him to a less important role and bring in a manager that better represents the companys standards. I literally had to tell the manager how to look up a receipt in his own system and he still continued to argue with me that it wasnt possible... until he finally admitted it was possible but would require thousands of receipts.... until I told him he could again narrow the search based on the specific product I bought. And he finally did it.A very sharp contrast to the service at Manhattan Beach store and also Third Street Promemade store where manager there actually sorted the same issue that useless Beverly Center manager said was unsortable.I should highlight that not everyone at Beverly Center Apple Store is hopeless.Had a great experience with the Genius Bar people (cant remember their names) and also Jose who did everything he could considering his manager was restricting how much he could actually try to help me. Also in sitting there for over an hour, great service from the young lady that was working on the table that helped people setup their equipment.Apple, please get these people and the customers of that store a management team that is not so lousy. Real managers. The two there now are fine filling in for lunch breaks but they are not real managers and shouldnt be left in charge of even themselves. And definitely not a whole store.

I wasn’t sure if I should go to the store based on it’s rating, but from a previous visit, they took us in very quickly compared to the 2hour wait at the Grove. They do have a healthy staff, but out of the blue comes Derica to my rescue. She quickly figured out what was wrong tried assisting me with another problem and I was on my merry way, with it being the holidays and all. Excellent visit and service! Wow! Am in LA from the Netherlands. Badly needed my MacBook for business. Screen failed me on my way over, went to Apple store at Beverly Center. My MacBook will be fixed free of charge in the next 3-5 days and as I badly needed a laptop for work, they supplied me with a new one to use for this week I am in LA. They helped me get all my programs and files on it and I was gone within 30 minutes! Am a very happy customer

I went there twice, for different problems of my apple devices. Those people called genius are totally not what theyre named for. They know nothing except telling you to buy a new one. They let you wait in the middle of your appointments and go to deal other things. They are on the opposite of professionals. They never solved any of my technical problems. I had to go home, search on the internet, get help from other people, and solve my problems on my own. I dont know why apple would have those incapable and impolite genius. Theyre just sales people with some memories of the user manual, plus a disrespectful face.

My friend got a phone with Apple Upgrade Program and recommended this option.When I came to the store at about 11 am, it was not crowded at all, maybe 20-25 people were there. I asked to buy iPhone 11 Pro with Apple Upgrade Program, also asked about terms and conditions. Lady said it is no downpayment and the first payment will be in a month. Such a surprise - thought I.At the same moment I decided to buy a phone and asked the lady to help me with a purchase, she said she reserves for me a phone and the sales representative will come by with a phone.Ive been waiting for the sales representative for 25 minutes in the almost empty store. When he finally came with a phone I asked him about terms and conditions for Apple Upgrade Program. He ensured me there is no downpayment and asked me to fill up the financing form in his device. After that, he asked to give him any credit card for ”double security”. He swiped my card and he said I have been approved for a loan.He asked me if I know how to transfer all the info from my old phone. I said I do, no problem will take care about it. Since then my old phone turned off the network. Only in a couple of hours, I found out my old phone is out of service, my sim card stopped working. The sales representative didnt mention it.When I came home in my email I found all loan paperwork where it was saying I made a payment of $144 today, next $49 will be in 30 days. I checked my bank account it was no payment there.On the next day in my bank account appears the transaction for $144 from Iphone Citizen loan group.Basically, employees in the store lied to me. It is was a downpayment.Back in a day in 2009-2010, I used to work in Apple Premium Reseller Retail Store. The first rule we had ”never lie to the customer if you even dont know for sure - say I dont know”.I used to have a great experience in the Apple Store all my life, but now I feel like I made a purchase in a cheap scam car dealership. All this waiting time, lies, a phone without service - this is a huge disappointment.If they told me it is a downpayment I would buy a phone anyway, I came to buy a phone with 100% cash, then found out the benefits of the Upgrade program and changed my mind.Now, Apple starts fills like a brand you shouldnt trust.

Accountability and no value for time. You have an appointment but you have to wait. Then they give you hour and half time stamp to fix your phone or replace it.You show up after hour and half. Since then no matter what store I went to, they made obvious that they didnt believe me.Especially in this store, apparently they should explain to some of their employees, what it means to work at a premium store. Go get a different job, if you dont know how to treat a customer who just spent $1200.I received a damaged device and get blamed for it, what on earth is wrong with you, Apple? Fix your system and customer experience!

Their products are the best. With that said, the battery on my IPhone behave strangely. It sometime show full battery, then suddenly drop to 18%, and sometime even if I have 20% left the Phone shut down. I was told here that I need new battery. But the phone is not even 2 years old. Why do I need to pay for a battery that wasn’t good when it was sold to me? Did not like that answer.

The little guy with glasses failed to mention that the trade in service only works for phones with bigger companies...( t-mobile,at&t, Verizon etc.,). Took the liberty to sign me out of my entire iCloud and then hit me with the yeah the trade in service doesn’t work with smaller companies like metropcs. I don’t understand how your own employees don’t know how to navigate these situations. Lastly, they couldn’t sign me back into my iCloud because the old number I no longer have. They then told me to call Apple support. Like no help at all. If anything they created a problem for me! I hope y’all learn to ask people actual question instead of being so caught up on trying to close a sale.
