We were having issues with a few different pieces of equipment in our apartment complex, we got recommended to call Premier Fitness Service. Upon calling them, Sharee was extremely helpful and literally got out a technician the next day which I thought was extremely quick. The technician Louis fixed everything in a few hours, answered all of our questions and even helped us with a few additional things that we didnt mention over the phone. I signed up for their quarterly maintenance after they explained how important it was and showed me how our treadmill track had completely shifted to the right due to lack of maintenance. So thanks Premier, I highly recommend you give them a call. Worth every penny.

I am loving my new treadmill! We kept having to get repairs done on our old treadmill and it seemed like it was breaking down every 5 minutes. I didnt even think about replacing it until Premier sent me a few optiona! Its nice not having to worry about any repairs for a LONG time!

Premier Fitness consistently provides excellent customer service. From diagnosing issues, ordering and installing parts, and follow up, they have you covered. Definitely recommend them.

I felt like our tenants were always the fitness center were always complaining about things being broken so we brought Premier in to evaluate things. They were very patient with us as it takes an arm and a leg to get anything approved but we ended up with the majority of our repairs done and a new bike. Now we have Premier coming once a quarter to evaluate everything and keep it in good condition.

Had one of their technicians come to my home to look at my treadmill, and the part they said I needed, they quoted twice as much as the manufacture quoted me when I called them to see if this “repair company” was quoting me the correct price. APPARENTLY NOT! Do not call this company as they mark up part costs!! SAD.... I’ll be calling another company to fix my gym equipment.....

I rented a treadmill for a tradeshow through Premier Fitness Services. Not only was the price more than fair, the customer service was exceptional. The front desk, set-up crew, tech team, and sales departmartment were all very professional and kind. I would absolutely use them again in the future.

Apparantley this company uses fake addresses for their google maps listings. I went to 2 of their addresses listed as places of business to have them look at my treadmill and one of the addresses was a Hyatt hotel!! The other was a Mail boxes etc.!! Ill go to a legit business that does not use FAKE addresses... Be AWARE !! Unscrupulous companies do stuff like this............

We recently switched from a different company for regular maintenance on our equipment. Ive been very pleased with their work so far. Our technician is friendly and very knowledgeable.

We just replaced all of our cardio equipment and Premier was really good about giving us top grade stuff while still staying in the budget that we gave them.

Premiers customer service is great! I have had a million questions about starting up service with them and they have been so quick to address all of my questions.

Its a pleasure to have Premier Fitness as our contact for fitness equipment maintenance and repair. They come out every quarter to perform preventative maintenance on our equipment. Theyre always on time and easy to work with.

Same day service! I work for a pretty high end hotel in LA and we were notified in the morning about a surprise inspection we were going to have the next day. With no room to prepare we had a treadmill down and needed someone ASAP. I called a few places but no one could give me same day service except for Premier. They arrived later in the day and were able to rig the treadmill for the inspection and send us an estimate for repairs first thing in the morning. Glad to say we passed our inspection and found a new vendor for our facility.

Great staff here at Premier. Pricing seems competitive but our appreciation is with their on point operation. Nicely done, PLEASE keep it up ;)

Ive used Premier for a few years now and just recently found out that they sell equipment. They were a big help when it came to upgrading our gym.

Such an easy company to use! I was very impressed with how fast they were able to come fix a malfunctioning treadmill in the hotel I work in.
