I have never had such a terrific experience in my life in a fabric store! They have thousands of beautiful different fabrics and they are ALL made in the US. The prices are reasonable and the customer service is amazing! If you are a designer like myself, this is definitely the place to be!

I cannot stress enough that I did not want to have to write this review. But, after a terrible first encounter with this business I chose to give them a second chance as I know everyone has off days. Unfortunately, giving them a second chance was nothing but a waste of my time.If you are a new business (or even an already established business) I recommend you dont even waste your time with this company. The thing is they have great fabrics and we actually found three that we were considering for our collection, but the customer service that we received was downright unacceptable and we are unable to look past it. Our experience with this company is listed below. I understand this review is lengthy, but I highly recommend you read this before you choose to pay this company a visit to save you and your company time and energy.We were referred to this company by our manufacturer and actually personally know another brand who has worked with them, so we were very excited to see what was in store for us here.My first email was sent to Asher, whose email contact is listed on the website for the LA showroom on Friday, September 11th. I waited for over a week with no response. I then chose to contact the showroom phone number that was listed on the website. The woman at the front desk answered and informed me that her boss (Asher, I would assume) was very busy and to contact her email address. She gave me her email address and I emailed immediately after getting off of the phone.To quickly sum up our email experience it took 3 weeks of me persistently emailing the front desk staff to get an appointment. Finally we had an appointment scheduled.We flew in a marking consultant to attend the appointment with me. We were both excited to see what was in store for us, given the positive things we had heard about the company.Upon our arrival we were greeted by a woman at the front desk she introduced herself and it was the woman I had been exchanging emails with for the past two weeks. I let her know that we were there for our 10 AM appointment and she asked who we were. I responded as to who we were and reminded her that we had just been emailing yesterday. I could understand them not knowing who we were if there were multiple 10 AM appointments, but we were in fact the only other people there other than the 5 or so staff members working at their desks. She asked who our appointment was with and I informed her that I was unsure as she had never mentioned that in our emails. She let us into the showroom to look at fabrics & told us that our showroom rep was on her way.Unfortunately the screenshots of our entire visit will not post. To sum up our experience we were left completely alone while looking at the fabrics. We were not given the opportunity to ask any questions about the fabrics we were interested in and the showroom rep who finally came over to us 25 minutes into our visit brushed us off by giving us her card and told us we can email her for pricing & info on the fabrics. I contacted her that evening informing her how disappointed I was in our visit. It took two days and me forwarding the complaint and email to her boss to get a response.Once she responded it was basically blaming the front desk staff for a misunderstanding and saying we didn’t have a legitimate appointment. She apologized and said she would send over all info on the fabrics we were interested in. It has now been 7 business days since we visited and we have NO info on the products. I have emailed multiple times I’ve been told I would have info by the end of the day and that was two days ago.Yesterday evening I informed her that if I didn’t have the info by today I’d be going with another supplier. No response. But, she called me at 6:25 PM. I didn’t have time to talk and asked if I could call her back in a minute. She quickly said something along the lines of yes this call can wait for another time and hung up. I called back two minutes later and it was a phone line that you cannot redial back. I have yet to hear from them today.

Josephine was amazing at the upholstoery store. I had no idea how much fabric I needed and a long list of measurements and she was able to figure it out for me. Thank you!!
