Very cheap fabric. Not a lot of cotton or wool. Mostly Rayon nylon polyesters. They do carry fabrics for more than 1.99. But mostly 1.99. Tight space not good if its hot or if u have a stroller. No air conditioning. Good place to get beginner starter fabric to practice before splurging on expensive fabrics. Just buy fast and leave.

Great prices but no shipping. I wanted to buy fabric and pay to get it delivered but they aren’t professional enough to know how to send fabric in the mail yet.

Great local hardware/variety store to grab a simple gift or tool for a particular project.The staff is friendly, knowledgeable and the store is relatively inexpensive!Seriously, who doesnt appreciate a $savings when they can find one?!

Lady Fabric is my favorite material store in the fabric district. The owner is always so nice, giving out compliments with a smile. They have trendy, modern fabrics for extremely reasonable prices! If you dont want to break the bank but still look great, shop at Lady fabric.

Old school business with old school values and impeccable customer service. The two gentlemen in fabric helped me pick an amazing pattern for a table cloth that I needed for a Summer of Love party.Really appreciate feeling valued when I go in there.

Good second stop for satins

I went there on 8/3/2019 with my mom and sisters to buy some fabrics and also 2 pairs of scissor for my mom. They charge my card and told me it was declined so my mom end up paying for my stuff with cash. I came home and check my online account only to realize that my card was charged, not decline. I have my bank contact them but they denied the refund due to no proved of cash payment. I also try to contact them by phone multiples time but was unable to get through. It is my fault for not asking them for a receipt knowing that my card could be charge and that I was actually paying double for my fabrics :( Other than that, the staffs was nice and really friendly

What a great secret this place is. Fabric selection is rad AND Im in love with the sweet ladies who work there. Im definitely a fan.

Dont have spandex fabric at all. I came here by my teacher references, but disappointed that they dont have the fabric I want for my swimsuit and legging project.
