Everyone at Morex Fabrics was very kind, patient and helpful when i needed to place a large order. They even let me see samples of all the fabrics I was considering. They have a high attention to detail, are organized, and took care of my needs if a swift manner. I highly recommend them and thats a lot to say!!!!

I dont review often but when I do its usually if something is really really good or really really bad. I had to leave a review to let people know how really really good Morex Fabrics is! I didnt just shop here once or twice, but having been shopping here for years and I always get the best prices BY FAR top quality fabrics, and excellent customer service, which usually does not go hand in hand.

I have shopped with morex for years and always had nothing but amazing experiences, this week they went above and beyond, I had a customer place a last minute order and needed a large amount of fabric ASAP, Marco made sure to package that order right then and there so it could go out on the daily delivery truck.P.S. to customers complaining about colors Morex always offers free swatches as every photo/monitor/etc renders color in a different way. Every fabric website I have ever used says colors may appear differently.

I buy 100s of yards of fabric a year for my business. This was one of the worst experiences that I have ever had. Marco, not sure who he is, maybe a manager, has no clue as to how to serve a customer or his inventory!I bought 3 fabrics, got 2 that I ordered and one that wasnt even on the website! They probably went next store and bought something close to send me. I dont appreciate substitutions without asking first! Turns out I have tons of what they sent me. Contacted him to let him know what had happened, long story short, oh no we sent you what you ordered. I sent a photo and copy of the invoice. then he investigates. He tells me I only have a 11/2 of the fabric left, ok please send. He sent, still wrong fabric. Sent him photos of the fabric I ordered and still wanted FOUR times!!!! Then he tells me the two pink you ordered are the same fabric!!! WRONG. They have different SKUS and one has round sequin dots and one has silver ovals! He told me he has no more of the fabric but it is still on his site. Nothing is more offensive then someone lying to you and believing you will believe his lies. I am not stupid, but he is!!!STAY AWAY from this shop!

When I need fabric Morex is the first place I shop. If I order on Thursday the fabric is here in the East on Monday!

I ordered 10 yds of charcoal gray fabric..the fabric i received was nowhere near gray..the fabric was blue..i called morex and was told i should have ordered a free swatch. I was expecting anything in the gray family...but this fabric is blue..not gray at all.. I will never order from MOREX FABRICS again.
