I traveled out of town to visit the fabric district. When I stopped by this store, a man Julio who was super polite and gave me his business card. When calling back to order 30 yards+ of fabric, I ended up doing business with the owner instead, Bijan. Initially he was polite too, but as time went on, he was less responsive, lost information, and would continually ask for details outlined in our emails. He input the wrong address for my shipment, which unfortunately wasn’t a legitimate address, so the package is now lost. Although it’s his fault as the shipper that he didn’t input the correct address THAT WAS STATED IN OUR EMAILS, he didn’t believe it was his fault since he “is human and makes mistakes” while not offering to refund without the lost shipment HE made mistakes on. DO NOT order from him; he will act as if he is doing you a favor and only cares about his money. I am filing claims about my package and with my bank as well.

We came back to this store purchase some fabric we had seen earlier. We found fur pieces plus the fabric we saw earlier. I didnt have enough cash. I saw the sign when I went inside $15 min credit card. My total was $13 and change. I said I dont have the cash but I can put it on my card. The owner told the worker no no. He turned to me and told me to get out. I shop in LA a lot I will NEVER shop here.

I bought a yard of fabric $25 the women charged my card extra $100 now she is never there to refund me my money. NOT GOOD!
