Sent an E-Mail asking for a return spring for a 1917 Stewart Warning Signal. The response was courteous and immediate. Through a series of pictures and E-Mails, James sent me a sample that worked! When I asked the cost I was told they were just happy it worked and a review would be payment enough. Review it is!! Excellent company and product!
These folks give great service. They have the springs you need and can deliver. Ive been a fan since the 1995.
Havent encountered such amazing customer service in a long time (if ever). I received a response to an inquiry same day on a Saturday; and when it turned out that I had ordered the wrong springs, they immediately helped me figure out which springs were correct and replaced the wrong springs within a few days. All e-mails are responded to within minutes, not hours (or even days). The product was also well-made and specs were exactly as ordered. Cant say enough good things about these guys (thank you James)!
They are not a fast. They do give samples which is good but they just don’t have good customer service. They don’t answer phone or call back if you leave a sample with a phone number. They ask 3 days to pull an order. How can you run a business in LA and ask 3 days to pull an order?
I ordered a few springs Wednesday I needed by Saturday and selected 2-day shipping. Their system glitched and didn’t go through until Thursday and they overnighted my package once it became clear what had happened. I will definitely buy from them again.
Very nice people to work with, except for a few. There is always a few that spoil the bunch.... Oh well, another lesson learned.
I mailed an antique coil spring to receive an estimate to have one made for an antique platform rocker that was my grandmothers chair. They cannot not find the package that was delivered.
