Today i got my rolex from Marie Choi who treated me so warm, friendly and with genuine interest! I fell so good at this Rolex store!! It took a little to be able to have this on my wrist but after building rapport and communication with Marie i was able to get the watch i wanted! Im super thrilled to have had the opportunity to shop here as its very hard to get the modelYou desire and more if its a submariner, gmt or daytona which i got one of this! Visited for a recon mission. My first Rolex purchase is still an indeterminate time away, and I think that the salesperson knew that. Nevertheless, she let me try on the watches that I was interested in. This store is worth a visit.

Professional, professional, professional!I called the store to see if I had to make an appointment, but Erik advised me that I could stop by anytime. Upon my arrival, I was greeting by everyone making me feel extremely welcomed!I cant say enough about Erik Forstall! One of the coolest guys Ive met at an AD store! We talked for a bit about the watches, history and family. He was able to show me some beautiful pieces and we went over a few things I was looking for my dad and myself. Even though I was not able to purchase anything, I truly hope I can share that experience with Erik and the staff :-) !!!

Id like to share my amazing experience at the Century City Gearys Rolex Boutique. All the associates are extremely courteous, professional, and just a pleasure to talk to. Id like to commend in particular my experience with Joana Georgiadis, she is extremely knowledgeable, professional and very personable. She demonstrated great work ethics and she patiently guided me through an overall terrific experience!

I regularly stop by all three GEARYS locations in the Los Angeles area and it is always a positive experience. The entire staff is great but I need to especially acknowledge Shuan B who I have been working with to build my watch collection. Shaun is the epitome of professional. He has been a great help and has taught me so much about the Rolex brand. Always eager to talk watches with me. If I could, Id buy a watch from him and GEARYS every day.

By far the best Rolex experience I have ever had. Walking into an AD can be somewhat intimidating especially with how rare the timepieces are today, but not here. I was greeted by Marie Choi and she couldnt of been more knowledgeable and respectful. I would highly recommend shopping here especially with Marie! Emailed the store via their website for an inquiry on a watch that I wanted. Ryan M. replied and told me that they didnt have the watch available but to come on in and take a look at what they did have at the store and to add my details to their registry of interest. Went with my mom and niece yesterday and was helped by Erik. Although they didnt have any of the watches that I was interested in, my mom liked some of the watches they had in the cases. After some questions and trying on different models that she liked, we ended up deciding on the Aubergine Date Just 31mm watch. My mom is very happy with the watch and Erik couldnt be anymore courteous and nice. He also offered to clean and adjust the sizing for the rolex my mom was currently wearing because she said it was a bit too tight. After paying, Erik took down the models that I was interested in and said he would let me know if any come in. Thanks for the great service Erik.

Parking is convenient and validation is available. It is recommended to arrive in the early hours to avoid waiting in line. I arrived at 5 PM and there were two people ahead but, due to the pandemic, there is a limit on the number of people in the Boutique.My wait time was 50 minutes outside before it was my turn to enter. Inventory of Rolex watches is very low and many professional series watches are not available, very scarce.I had to compromise and found a watch with all the features I was looking for. Treatment was first class. Ask for Joana she is very professional and very helpful. The watch bracelet was a little tight and she took the time to have a link added after a short wait.The four star is due to the wait time outside but only due to an inconvenience.I will definitely recommend this Boutique.

Before I go, I called them twice and I had drive all the way 45 min and when I had reached over there and one salesman told me they have only display sample but not for sale if they don’t have products than why they have to open dam store and salesman service too rude he is black that’s why any way guys don’t go this location and don’t waste time like me !!!!

Unlike others, Steeve greeted us warmly and took time to write down the models I was looking for. Even though I had low expectations, that gesture alone was much appreciated.Few days later he contacted me with news that the #1 watch on my list is available and I was just speecheless. Horrible experience, after agreeing on a watch and making travel arrangements both hotel and car to go and get it (I asked my salesperson if I needed to put my credit card and pay for the piece I have been looking for she said don’t worry) she calls me 5 minutes later to tell me sorry watch has been sold. That is not right and shows what type of organization this is. DO NOT buy from these people who cannot honor what they promise. So disappointing.

For much of my time collecting watches, I didnt think much of Rolex. A big part of the turnoff for me was the obnoxiousness of the authorized dealers for the brand - in a sellers market many salespeople fully adopt the license to be jerks. Enter Joanna Sawaya - someone who completely changed that perception for me. Shes deeply committed to making customers happy, including those who arent made of money or looking to invest in a timepiece. If you find watches fascinating (as I do), Joanna will show you the most interesting pieces the brand has to offer, and work on your behalf to get those hard-to-find items. I am cursed to have tastes that gravitate to the nearly unobtainable stainless steel variants, but Joanna was able to get me a Z-blue Milgauss far sooner than I anticipated. Shes a gem, and makes this store worth visiting!

Buying a vintage Rolex is an absolute minefield, but not at GEARYS Rolex Boutique Century City. Theyre the most trusted name in vintage Rolex for a reason. Theyre experts, and honest ones at that. I bought online from them and cant recommend them enough. Buy with confidence.

Nice staff. Tried on a Day Date 40 in yellow gold and chatted with the staff about various models. Plenty of amazing pieces for sale. Gold Subs, Day Dates, Gold Yacht-Master 2, etc.

Lucky for me, Century City Mall has this Rolex store so i spend a good amount of time here.Ive had the pleasure of being assisted by Ms. Joanne Sawaya and Ms. Vanessa Delle Donne. They are very friendly helpful and knowledgeable. I would certainly love to make my next purchase here so long as they can get the timepiece that Im looking for.Although they did not have the stainless steel model(s) that i was looking for (like every other Rolex store in the world), they actually had surprisingly good selection of two tone submariners & daytonas! Customer service here is top notch.I would love to become a customer here! Please let me know if and when you guys get some stainless sky dwellers, daytonas, and/or gmts! :)

Was going to have Rolex service center resize my wifes Rolex but they were closed on July 3, so called this place and was told they can do it for us. Went there, an Asian lady came up and helped us out. Took one link off and my wife test fitted it and was ok, so we left. Got home found out the links they took off was missing a screw, the last link on the watch and screw was all chewed up and scratched.______________________________________________________________________10/21/2017 UPDATEAfter contacting Joanne at Rolex and got my wifes timepiece fixed and back on the same day. I have to say Joanne is awesome, everything was nice and smooth. Definitely had a better experience from last time!

Quiet impressive collection.

Rafael at this store has always been patient in showing me watches and in servicing my old rolex GMT master II.once i had to have a link removed because of the weight i lost. another time i had to get the clasp serviced because it wore out.I didnt even buy my watch from them but they always showed me courtesy and never charged me. when my service is due and when i buy a new watch, this is the only place i am going.

Tried to enter the store and the security guard stopped me and asked me if I should be alone and where my parents were (I’m 30???). Went to Grand Seiko instead.

Great place, it’s a new store. Fixed my Rolex for free when a link was stuck.
