Very bad in-store customer service .. I went today and the guy over there was like on the bad mood or something.. maybe he didnt wanted to to work but definitely Im not going back to that store

I’ve always had a great experience here. I’ve been coming here for years and talk baseball with the staff. They are always polite and helpful. Had a Dustin May jersey custom made. It came out great.Cheaper than the MLB shop. They do have a rewards card and have great sales. If you are petite buy from the kids section because it is way cheaper. They do not validate but the mall guest service center will validate your parking so you spent $2 to park. It is Hollywood and that’s cheap for the area.

I love hats I own hundreds of them and visit many many hat stores on regular basis and this place here I have been to sevral times and my experiences have not been good at all.Id rather visit the Dodgers club house on city walk.I encourage you to come over and check them out for your self and write your own review.

Incredible kind and hard workers yet the system set up made me go several days fort the end product to be no wear near what I was looking for. Spent almost $200 in for hats and I maybe will be wearing one of them... I hope the company gives better equipment and systems so the workers can provide better quality. Thanks to everyone I met though ✌🏽

Meh. Associates only help you when you buy and give you such an attitude when you try to return something. Lost a customer who spends hundreds in Dodger gear annually.

I walked in with my wife and two nephews. I had no issue whatsoever until the store manager interacted with me. Clearly, the store manager is homophobic and uneducated. I bought over $100 worth of hats & got a hat custom embroidered only to arrive to pick it up at the agreed time and have it not ready. Carlos the store manager told me to not tell anyone that I bought my hat from here. He stated that I should tell people I bought it at the swapmeet. I have the receipt to prove it. This guy needs to be educated. Luckily an employee there actually stood up for us and embroidered the hat himself. He apologized and did a great job. I unfortunately will never buy my hats from here ever again. The manager here has ruined the business aspect in my eyes.

So love shopping here. Will shop here again on Friday December 1st around 5pm. The staff are all extremely friendly.

I came here expecting this to be a Lids Locker Room so I can get a customized jersey.. Turns out its a regular one. Huge waste of time.

Visited here this past Wednesday and looked around. Thinking about what caps to buy on Friday the 29th when Im shopping here between 2:30ish and 3:30ish. I will buy Superman snapback caps. Love this store. The staff are extremely friendly. I highly suggest this store to everyone!
