Ive visited this place twice over a month and both times the guys working the store did not wear masks - come on now. First time I visited, I got a bag of coco coir growing medium for $20 and that was reasonable. I needed two more bags so I returned earlier today, and the dude was trying to charge me like $70. I asked why the same product got so expensive over the weeks and he quickly made adjustment as if nothing happened, hence 2 stars instead of 1. You shouldnt be ripping off customers this much - you should appreciate the fact that I am trying to support a local business instead of ordering everything online. Think I learned my lesson and I will be ordering everything online from now on.

I think you just want to help me because of my 2 star review. The other day Alex, you didnt want to help me at all. Even tho you were open and and had 45 min until your posted closing time. You rush me out of there and reject almost all my questions. I fact you went as far as telling me you charge for advise.Then to make things worst you sold me the wrong hydrometer. I needed the PH tester, not the parts per million tester. I GOT MORE OF THE FEELING THAT I WASNT GETTING GOOD SERVICE BECAUSE I WAS NOT SPENDING ENOUGH MONEY FOR THE STORE.No after all this, how were you planning on helping me now?

Can’t believe these guys are still open during this pandemic, they shocked me with their great customer service. Still need a mask to get in, and they only allow one customer at a time so you may have to wait outside.

Hands down the most helpful staff Ive encountered in a hydro shop. Alex was even thoughtful enough to check on my project the following day to see if I had any questions etc. Walked me through some troubleshooting, referred me to another technician who helped answer some questions, and the prices at this shop were absolutely competitive. Theres really no reason to use another hydro shop if you live within driving distance.Thanks again Alex,Chad
