How so gelato has a nice outdoor seating area right on sunset boulevard so It makes for a great spot to enjoy your dessert and to people watch. Ice cream scoops range from 5 to $7 up.

Great tasting gelato. I chose the coffee flavored and my wife went for the vanilla malt crunch one. Because if covid-19 you can only enter 1 group or customer at a time. I had 4 people in my party and we all could fit in there. Wouldnt suggest having a party bigger than that walk into the ordering section. Once done the outside seating has three tables which could fit up to four people per table. Nice spot for a little dessert and coffee after getting some food.

It is a place where you can feel healthy taste. I had mango rice and strawberry flavored gelato.

Had the absolute best flavor to date, tonight. Coffee Biscotti Chip. Name says it all. I was stunned with every delicious bite. I appreciate what they do here and their service has always been friendly and attentive.

Really tasty! I highly recommend the passion fruit sorbet. It’s the perfect balance of sweet and tart. I liked the variety and creativity of flavors available. Serving sizes (scoops) are relatively small. Prices were average. Parking was mostly limited to street parking. Overall a nice clean place with seating available. I would come back if I was by chance in the area.

Well I did like it, however since we gotta be REAL, the portions are NOT very generous at all and for the price they charge they should offer more Gelato. In terms of texture, honestly they were ALL THE SAME, again which leads me to believe they are using a Pre-Made Base as opposed to real Artisan made Gelato. I could be wrong, however I have seen Gelato being Artisan made, and have provided flavors like Jackfruit and Dragon Fruit and textures should be different between a Juice fruit versus a Meaty fleshy fruit. Pazzo simply didnt look or taste like the Base was Artisan made by Scratch. I hade Madagascar Vanila, Matcha Green Tea, Coffee and Bittersweet Chocolate. A Four Flavor Large for $9.75. The Fluted cup was no where near the size of its (Competitors) conGELATO (recently out of Business/ relocating) or Uli, Carmela and Paradis just to name a few. Again some named Ice Cream some Gelato. Anyway see the pictures attached and you decide on the portion served. Price List attaced as well. The Staff was friendly however I went on National Ice Cream Day, and neither knew it was that day. In fact both staff members didnt know the month of July is National Ice Cream month! I wont hold that against them, just an observation as a matter of fact. The Parking is Free, huge plus. Lots of Street Curb appeal and ample views from inside the Shop. Outdoor Patio seating as well as indoor seating. All in all I enjoyed it, maybe just maybe because I love Gelato, however I cannot in all honesty offer more than 4 Stars. Given my above mentioned observations, would I come back? Maybe to introduce to others, but given the Price and quantity, I would frequent their (Competitors) probably first. I offer a solid 4 Stars 🍨🍦🍧

I really enjoyed some of the unique flavours Pazzo had to offer, including lemon ricotta cheesecake and white chocolate raspberry. The ice cream was flavoursome and creamy. Street parking can be found near by, with the store offering indoor and outdoor seating.

I always wanted to go and try it out and I wasnt disappointed Gelato was really good the staff was very helpful as our first time there they kinda let us try all the flavors definitely coming back!!!

After some time of exploring Silverlake, I stumbled upon this place. They have lots of different kinds of chocolate flavors, including interesting options for their ice cream floats. I went simple and got the Mango flavor. It was pretty cool how they had a little section with water as well and I think the best part of this place was two things: The customer service and the music. The people working here are super chill and really nice and the music is so chill. Literally you can stay for an hour and just jam to their music. Its awesome and probably has some of the best music Ive heard in any place.

Jordan and Jose do an amazing job making sure that your order is perfect. Whether its coffee (because of course you need a cup) or gelato (because damn, its hot right now) you can bet that they will do a great job and leave you with a smile on your face.

The Peruvian Chocolate Gelato is the best chocolate Ive had in my 63 years of life! When Hendrix asked if you are experienced I know he included enjoying Pazzos Peruvian....unbelievable for a Chocoholic!Mike...youre a true artisan!

Went there for brunch with my brunch club: Brunch Babes. The staff was really great. We had originally had reservations for 8 but 2 ladies dropped out last min and the staff was totally understanding.

A really nice place for gelato, espresso drinks, and tea. 🖤 Nice store, nice product, nice owners & staff. It has a very local, OG feel, which is no lie. There are a few small tables inside, but the patio is where to be. They even winterize in cooler weather, so you can enjoy your ice cream in comfort next to an outdoor fire pit if youd like.

I love Pazzo Gelato! This is my go to spot when I visit L.A. I have to have it at least once.Service is friendly but Im coming here for the great gelato. My favorite here are the Milk chocolate and Madagascar chocolate. I dont mind the peanut butter but Im not here often to catch it.But when I am here I get it. But nothing beats the chocolate here. Prices are reasonable. I love the area and no I am not a hipster. I just love the vibe and of course the store next door. Undefeated sneakers love sneakers.

Although the ice cream was good, the staff member didnt seem to know much when asked questions about the menu items. Even where the ice creams were that we ordered and seemed to be more ready to give free samples to rude people who just shouted over you as you were trying to place your order. Despite the bad experience, I did enjoy the ice cream and it was nice to sit outside and eat my ice cream.

Decent gelato, though if Im perfectly honest I dont know what all the fuss is about pertaining to gelato as a whole. It generally feels and tastes like any other ice cream. That being said, I still enjoyed the gelato and it was creamy, and tasty, but it just didnt wow me or stand out as much to me. I mean if youre looking for ice cream and youre in the are, sure go for this. But really it does not compare to other more novel ice cream places in LA that seek to create inventive flavors (gelato never seems to branch out from the traditional flavors.

Authentic, decadent and creamy, delicious Italian gelato to be had here. I had the hazelnut and it was amazing. My son had the stracciatella, also very tasty. My wife had a blended coffee with chocolate hazelnut ice cream which was by far the best thing we had here.Very rich and filling, with the $7 price tag. The staff was very nice, plan on taking it to go, not much seating at all. Small free parking lot in back or street parking if you are lucky.

They have a large selection of drinks, sorbets, and of course gelato. If you are not sure what to get the staff dont mind helping you out and/or give you a try of the gelatos if it will help you pick a flavor you will love. They are open late so its great for those late sweet cravings.

Madagascar Chocolate! My fave flavour at Pazzo Gelato! A small, quite gelato shop, its a great place to get away from the bustle of the street and have a seat with a tasty treat! The selection varies and can sometimes be on the smaller side vs. those big ice cream/gelato shops, but you cant go wrong with any of the selection!

One of the best Gelatos in Los angeles. All made in house、 flavours that change seasonally、 this location is the original in the Silverlake area. Only the parking is challenging. Miss their chocolate souffle like small cakes.

I come from far because they show that Gelato is open, but when I come in the worker said it will be ready at 12:00pm. Why you show it is open when it is no ready. By the way is nice Gelato.

This gelato is really, really good! The prices are moderate, not too much, but not cheap either. The portions you get are pretty small, but good for me, I dont like to eat too much, so it works. The flavors are really great and the consistency of the gelato is really good. It has a great vibe in the store and there is seating outside.

Rich and creamy gelato with many flavors ranging from classic to a bit... interesting.

This is not Italian quality ice cream but its not bad. It has some ice crystals in the ice cream and it tastes watery. Also it feels like theyve used sweetener instead of sugar, the ice cream tastes kind of chemical. If youre desperate for something sweet (and dont mind paying for it!) and cold then its ok but dont expect gelato.

The yummiest selection of gelato flavors with free samples. Hidden parking lot in back. Unheard of in Silverlake, where parking is usually a challenge.

Best gelato in town. Vegan sorbettos and creamy dairy based gelatos. Inventive flavors, but nothing too bizarre, with a high turnover of flavors on the regular so theres always something new to try. Good coffee and cappuccinos here too. Small amount of seating inside, more outside on Sunset Blvd so you can get your fill of people watching those hip cats in Silverlake.

Cute little gelato cafe on Sunset next to Undefeated. They all share a small back lot for parking. Now I sampled a couple of these gelatos and sorbettos to find that theyre all pretty fresh, but lets talk about why they received 3 stars. I have a nut allergy and to see nuts falling into other flavors and not removed was extremely bothersome. I was restricted to picking the one sorbetto that was new and untouched due to the fact that all other flavors were contaminated. I would have given this place 1 star based on cross contamination, but I didnt want to discredit the taste of their product.

I dont love this place because the gelato is OK in quality. Of course it cannot compare to the real thing from Italy but there are more quality gelaterias around the area (Gelateria ULI in DTLA or Bulgarini in Alta Dena).Of course, it a good alternative for something convenient.

In door seating, outdoor seating, cute little place in Silverlake. Fun flavors! Friendly staff! Creamy gelato! Handmade waffle cones! Count me in! Intelligentsia coffee is here too! Aww they ran out of waffle cones... and I was hoping they had pistachio gelato too. Anyway, came here for dessert on a Friday night.I was sampling a bunch of flavors and trying to decide what I wanted (Im indecisive) and the employee was super patient! I chose Thai tea gelato and something almond! Both were very good. The Thai tea had a great strong flavor which tasted exactly like Thai tea! Sooo good. Must try it if you like Thai tea. :) I enjoyed the almond gelato too, I love anything almonds! Ill be back for more sweets and hopefully Ill get to try their waffle cone. Good service, good gelato, good times!

I take my frozen treats pretty seriously, gelato even more so. (Yes, there is a difference between ice cream and gelato, and if you thought there wasnt, someone has been very cruel to you with misinformation). Pazzo is one of the best places in LA to get your gelato fix because they do it right- unbefuddled flavors that are packed with depth of taste. Flavor names dont hint at whats inside, they are what the scoop is. They break slightly from old school Italian tradition a bit with some more icecreamstyle combo flavors, but when rich chocolate melts into granules of ginger cookie, tradition seems absurd. And if the gelato itself werent enough to sell you, its a great low key easy to get to place for a meet up. Highly recommended.

Decent gelato, flavors are typical run of the mill type, service time is also unusually long for not there being a line and the order processing is similar to that to greek style. Would come here again though

Hmm...amazing gelato here. Really great flavors - we tried the Pazzogato (gelato, espresso, whipped cream in a bowl) with the almond/fig flavor - very creamy, espresso strong and its bitterness contrasted nicely with the sweetness of the gelato. And also, a cup of the grapefruit mint (mint was refreshing but packs a punch like tasting a mojito) and the lychee. Came here with the Groupon; but would definitely come back. Very busy - try to get street parking on side of street.

Pazzo Gelato offers some of the best Gelato in Southern California. Creamy, mouth watering flavors will leave you wanting more. My personal favorites are: Pistachio, Almond fig, Red Velvet, Strawberry Custard, and European Yogurt.Sometimes the flavors get a little crazy. I remember sampling a bacon gelato. Great concept, but not so great taste. Pazzo is really good at posting their flavors of the day on their Facebook page.BAD. BAD. BAD customer service.If you are looking for great customer service, look elsewhere. The service is dry, and sometimes the waitstaff are borderline rude. I like this place so much that once, I purchased several Groupons. I was disappointed with the Groupon experience because the staff would not completely honor the Groupon. They added more restrictions to the original restrictions that were a part of the Groupon purchase.If the gelato didnt taste so darn good, I would find somewhere else to go. But the gelato really tastes DELICIOUS, so I get in my car, drive across town and pony up the $$ for my gelato.Pazzo offers catering for private events. This is a great idea, but again, friendly customer service leaves much to be desired.
