Went in to pick up a few things (thread and needles) and to ask questions about some issues I was having with my machine. Mr. Levy answered all that I asked and gave some suggestions to make things better.He has great informational videos on YouTube, hopefully he continues to make more. There are sewing samples in the machines on the floor, so you can see the stitch and how they work with a variety of materials.Nice shop, font of knowledge.

Levy offers great service, price and product. He is honest and doesnt try to upsell or fool you like other stores. Will only go here for my equipment needs in LA.

Watch out for this guy. Do not buy his Atlas machines, they are junk. I have been fighting with mine for 3 years. Bad parts, missing parts, the list goes on. Hes helpful to point but wont make good on selling you piece of junk.

Just purchased a brand new Atlas Industrial Grade sewing machine for a great price! Works beautifully and very smoothly. It is very easy to operate. It even has electric speed levels which is great for beginners like myself. Speaking of beginners, AtlasLevy even went upove and beyond by showing me hands on how to thread the machine correctly. Oh, and they even gave me a good amount of little accessories to get me started. Thanks Atlas Levy couldnt be more happier with my new machine and the customer service I was given. It was all well worth my 5hr drive to get to you!!

Called, texted and sent videos of my issue many times. And all I got was a run a around. Bought a needle positioning servo motor and set up. Im getting all types of errors while sewing, it doesnt matter if material is thick or thin still getting errors. I was told you have to use a bigger needle or sew faster or turn up the speed.. you cant do that on every job!!!!!... Im throwing this junk away and going to buy an Efka.. should of bought one in the first place. I ran into a couple other people that has had the same problems..... they end up buying the Efka and never turned back. Mr. Levy work on your customer service skills!!! PLEASE!!!

I had the best experience with Atlas Sewing because Manny and the owner successfully managed my problem. I received the the wrong machine and to make it worse, the carrier damaged it on its way to SC. But when I called Manny and also spoke to the owner, Manny quickly set to send us the right machine the very same day I called! He also speaks Spanish and was able to speak to my mother several times. Manny also arranged for the machine to be sent back and provided clear instructions by phone and email. We thought that we were going to go through a huge headache, but AtlasLevys personnel and its management turned us into promoters. We would definitely do business with them anytime.

Im really disappointed to give them a 1 star because this is my second purchase from them. The only reason I went back and purchased another sewing machine was because of how friendly they were. I guess thats how they act only when they are trying to sell. After that they are rude and have poor Customer service. I was having issues with my machine and I called because i still had warranty on it. They told me that we could FaceTime to fix the problem. So I agreed but they never FaceTime me. I waited a a couple of days and nothing. I had to call back and they told me the same thing. Well call you in five minutes . I waited and waited all day today and nothing. I missed on a few orders because of this and I couldnt afford to miss on more so I just went online and googled how to fix the issue myself. I fixed and wont be coming back to this store ever again.
