After a recent stay in the hospital, my dad needed to stay with us for a few weeks until he got back on his feet. I asked our local pharmacist, and she said that it is not their policy to offer recommendations. But, she said that she heard good things about CalOx.Well, it was a good choice. We called Calox, and they set us up with exactly what we needed--bed, bed rails, and oxygen. Grateful that Dad has recovered, and we could return everything
Thank you, CalOx Inc., for recommending that our dental office get trained on providing nitrous oxide. It has made a world of difference for our patients that suffer from dental anxiety as well as those that dont. If you have not used nitrous oxide for dentistry, you are missing out. When administered correctly, patient recovery is a snap and patients are much more satisfied with every service.
THANK YOU CalOx!!Our dermatology office previously had a contract for oxygen, liquid nitrogen, and nitrous with a national company. Although we were a customer for a number of years, we found they treated us poorly. When our annual contract was up for renewal, we searched around and found CalOx.After visiting their website, we called them and they promptly gave us a quote. A few days later we called them back and started service. We have now been with CalOx for almost 6 months and couldnt be happier. Weve been very pleased with their service and they have not missed a beat which is amazing during COVID.
5 stars! work part-time at a convenience store that uses numbers in its initials. Since we are not supposed to give reviews, that is all i can do to reveal my employer :) Anyhow, we forgot to check co2 tanks and ran out. We need co2 for our fountain drinks and when customers cant get their favorite soda or Slurpee, they gt upset. Thanks again for the quick delivery.
I am writing a review for a family member who needed an oxygen concentrator and supplies for sleep apnea. Calox helped our family, and their delivery guy was super friendly and helpful.
Our dental office located in Westlake Villiage (withholding our name as this is not an ad for our dental practice), contacted CalOx to inquire about both nitrous oxide and oxygen for our patients. We provide nitrous oxide which is commonly referred to as laughing gas, as it helps moderate anxiety for many patients. Following the procedure, we give patients 100% medical grade oxygen and a few minutes later, they are back to normal. Anyhow, after receiving the quote, they delivered the canisters as promised within 2 business days. We appreciated the service and look forward to future delivery.
Thank you CalOx for helping our veterinary clinic during COVID-19. We ran low on oxygen for our furry friends and due to the pandemic, finding medical grade oxygen seemed to be in short supply. You came through for us and we appreciate it.
About a year ago, we placed a call to CalOx as my mother-in-law needed a hospital bed and oxygen. It was a terribly stressful time for the entire family. We did not know what to ask for, yet the CalOx people helped us figure out what was best for my mother-in-law. The hospital bed was delivered and installed in a couple of days, along with the oxygen. The company also suggested that we have a small tank of oxygen and a wheelchair for trips to the hospital and doctor appointments, something we did not think about.Although it was stressful, CalOx delivered on their promises, every time.I share that as I was reading a couple of reviews that complained about the company.I believe that mistakes do happen. I also know that we feel helpless when taking care of family members, and when problems arise to them, we feel worse. In reading a few complaints, it seems like that is what happened.
The lady answers the phone is very rude!!!
Oxygen delivery system works fine but delivery of supplies to bi pap and c pap users are a mess. You finally get someone to say thet have the prescription in the system and wait for a week only to find the next person says they cant find the prescription and olive view has to send prescription 5 or 6 times. These peeps are sleepworking...been going on like this for at least 4 years.. Fix the mask and tubing resupply issues and you will have fixed a major part of your problem....My guess is they have ALOT of turnover in people handling prescription ok/filling part of company. As soon as they can peeps move on and a new inexperienced person takes a new job and has to learn whatever messed up system is in place. It is like they hide the prescriptions all over the place... I even called the hospital when a calox person was at the hospital and was assured the supplies would be taken caRE OF..anly to find a week later i had to get hospital to re-send the prescription ..
Guard rails were not delivered with bed and won’t be here til next week. He uses them to get out and in bed. He is a paraplegic and doesn’t walk. Said he almost rolled out of bed last night. I had a really hard time getting him out of bed this morning. I’m eighty five and not so strong anymore.
Twice Ive called to get my husbands wheelchair delivered and twice the same woman gets on the phone saying I told you ......! I have no idea who she thinks shes talking to!! But shes rude and has a stick in the backside..guess she doesnt get my loving at home, always a cranky bi...!!! Im done with them!
I like the customer service on this company whenever I call and place an order I know exactly when I will get it the delivery guys are wonderful good customer service and a very informative
Super bad customer service, Terrible. All staffs do not know much and have no authority, it all goes to the manager to deal with. I dealt with about 6 suppliers for my family, this is the worst place with bad quality people to serve the needs for supplies from my experiences. Yet, the manager, Gerriane is BEST and HELPFUL. I just felt bad she had to take all the calls and issues on herself.
Terrible customer service. I had been told to ask for Patricia. She had no problem taking my call and tell me everything I had to get them, so they call sell my CPAP supplies. Once I got everything, I couldnt get her to come to the phone again, and she wouldnt even return my calls. Finally the operator came back on and told me I had to have a 4 hour window so the tech could size me up. I have been wearing a CPAP for about 14 years so why all of a sudden do I need to be sized up? I think the problem was when they found out I owned my CPAP machine and they wouldnt be making money on rental to me. I couldnt recommend them as they have no idea what customer service is.
