Jon came out to Arizona in absolute record time to come fix our machines. We have 4 laser cutters and our main one was down! John fixed it in about 30 minutes. He then serviced the other three machines and theyre all working better than ever.

****DO NOT CALL FOR REPAIR**** Even though Jonathan touts that he is the only West Coast Laser Repair company for Chinese lasers, he has ZERO idea what hes doing. He showed up without a multi-meter to find out where the power problem is. He guessed that its either this or that, he ordered both parts to avoid another visit. Showed up with part about 2 weeks later and the part was the wrong part. Lucky for me, he didnt charge another $250 for the visit. When I made it clear he didnt know what he was doing, he said he would call his electrical engineer friend who would come diagnose machine for another $250. I said, just send me the parts I already paid for (1000% mark up) and Ill do it myself. The part arrived the next day from Amazon. Didnt work. I paid this guy over $400 for nothing. AVOID this company for repairs. RIP OFF.

This place absolutely saved my butt. I came in one morning to find that my laser cutter wasnt working. In a panic I searched the Internet and found the American laser cutter was the only place that offered repair for my machine since I got it straight from China. John came out and immediately diagnosed my machine. It took him about a half hour to figure out the problem and fix it. Im definitely going with these guys again.

Ive been laser cutting products for my business for a while and Ive tried out a couple of different shops. When my regular guys said they were too busy for me I decided to give American laser cutter a call. Not only were they able to help the same day with my emergency project but they did it for a fraction of what the other guys charged. Im definitely never going back to my other guys and Im sticking with American laser cutter.

These guys are the best! I literally couldnt find anyone to help me fix my laser cutter and they came right out.

They ruined my fabric cutting masks. They had no idea what they were doing. Non of the sizing is correct. They all the masks on a huge piece of fabric it took us months to cut through and separate. The biggest mistake I made was trusting these people with their lies. He agreed to refund me $200 rather than the total order. I will be filing a lawsuit.

We loved using the lasers at American Laser Cutter for a DIY cutting session. Jessie was super helpful and knowledgeable, and the machines are large and quick. There’s also a shop dog, Ernie :) We are hoping to work with them many more times!

Very solid place for laser cutting especially if youre looking to do it on your own and just need to use the machine. Their laser cutters are really big too, probably the biggest one Ive used.

I was in an absolute emergency, My regular supplier went out of business and I needed an extremely large project done quickly. Please guys were able to accomplish my large project in only a week! My other guys said it would take a month! These guys are definitely my go to for now on.

All we do is Laser cutting and these guys are professionals. We have been working together for a little bit now and they are pretty much my main supplier at this point.

I work for an architectural firm and have had Jon laser cut a few projects for me. He does a great job and spends as much time as needed to help you get your files to a point where theyll be cut successfully and meet your needs, whatever they may be. He gave me a tour of his workshop and showed me how his machines work which was cool. Im thinking of having him cut the larger topographical pieces for our architectural models in the future, while I use the smaller machine which I may purchase from him for cutting my exterior elevations and other portions of the house. Cool guy, great work and very helpful. Highly recommended, very quick turn around and extremely reasonable pricing. Very pleased to say the least.

These guys are great - Ive used them countless times to cut custom foam inserts for my packaging.They are also open to experimentation on all sorts of materials and weve had some really interesting results.Always a pleasure working with John and his crew.

This is rather strange when a company violates copyright, removes logos in photos and gives these photos as their own. Are you a company that sells lasers or sausages at the crossroads?

Made some amazing Where the Wild Things Are stand-ins for a birthday party, the ones with the face hole. A friend had recommended I contact the shop with my idea, and I couldnt imagine being able to do something like that anywhere else. Jonathan is very reasonable, and made sure he knew exactly what I wanted, and explained the process. Did it overnight for the next day! Its hard not to go back for every cool project that pops in my head. He does some commercial stuff for businesses, but seemed excited about these kinds of crafts.

I had a large project I needed to get finished by the end of the week. I came on a Tuesday and the project was done Saturday morning. Amazing!

Jonathan worked with me to make sure my designs were perfect before cutting. Easy to work with, great price, exactly what I needed esp because I have higher quantity orders. Would highly recommend.

He diagnosed the problem, and charged me $200 for the visit, which I paid by check., When it came time to order a replacement laser tube, he told me the part would be $400, them an hour later that it would be $450. Id seen cheaper parts online, but was willing to pay more if it was worth it, so I asked for some sort of information about the product he was ordering, including specs and a link. At this, John became cagey and evasive and stopped responding to me. He later lied about having already ordered and paid for the part form a secret supplier he couldnt reveal. This lying freaked me out, so I stopped payment on the $200 check, fearing he was trying to rip me off. I said Id pay the money plus additional charges once my laser cutter was fixed, but he freaked out and accused me of wanting him to reveal his secret Chinese supplier. It is a very frustrating outcome to the the interaction of simply trying to get my laser cutter fixed without being taken advantage of.

John was amazing and extremely helpful. He was able to help me in Houston at an affordable rate. I will use American Laser every time I need help with my laser.

Jonathan did a nice job cutting for me on several work and personal projects in plastic. They have a large machine with large capacity.

Meh, this guy blew me off and quoted an exorbitant price for some simple etching. After quoting me one number he finally emailed back, when it was time to do the project, with a number 10X as high. Now I have to scramble to find a new vendor. That was after I called and emailed 3 or 4 times. Customer service is not Johns forte.
