Theyre not helpful if theres a problem.This fixture has two pieces of glass to make up the globe. On installation, my electricians broke the top piece of glass, although they said they barely touched, but ok no problem, I paid the $250, waited five months and received the replacement. Now we install again and are standing back to admire and hear a crack sound. On closer inspection, the bottom glass is now cracked and broken. Bear in mind, no one was touching the fixture. Im now thinking the original glass that was shipped is defective, or something. I contact Foundry again and order the bottom glass, which had to be paid for, $360 this time, even though it broke when no one was touching it. The new piece only took a week to ship. Once it got here, I noticed that the new bottom glass was thicker than the original, therefore making it stronger. My contention is that the original glass was defective. I contacted Foundry and pointed this out and have had no reply. Theyre happy to charge for replacement glass, but not so quick to address a manufacturing issue. Buyer beware!

DO NOT BUY FROM FOUNDRY LIGHTING!! THEY SEND ME LIGHTS THAT ARE DIFFERENT FROM WHAT THE WEBSITE SAID THEY LOOKED LIKE. FINISH IS TOTALLY DIFFERENT. THEY SAY THEY WILL REFUND MY MONEY BUT I HAVE TO PAY FOR THE RETURN SHIPPING. THEIR SCREW UP AND I HAVE TO PAY. OUTRAGEOUS. LOOK AT THE FINE PRINT AND HOPE THEY GET YOUR ORDER RIGHT. WHAT A POOR COMPANY TO WORK WITH. GO SOMEPLACE ELSE THAT HAS A GOOD REPUTATION AND TREATS THEIR CUSTOMERS WELL. THIS PLACE DOES NOT DESERVE YOUR BUSINESS. H. BARGINE / COLO SPGS
