Today I was helped by Fred who was friendly, knowledgeable and helped me solve my lighting issues. Everyone at Lamps Plus are experts in the field and every time I go in, I feel like I am amongst neighbors who are ready to help me. I enjoy coming into the store a lot!

Bob was a fantastic salesman! No pressure, just took time to understand what I wanted, and even remembered me 3 weeks later when I came in again. The product arrived ahead of time! Everything was communicated beautifully. When it arrived, the box was huge so Dave worked with the shipping supervisor and theyre having it delivered to my home. Just a beautiful experience with really wonderful human beings. I highly recommend Lamps Plus West LA!

We needed to replace a lamp shade forever and we finally went in to find it. Maurice helped us find the exact drum lamp shade and threw in a harp and finial on the house. I have missed this place and will come back for new lamps and fans. Great experience.

It was my first time shopping in a Lamps Plus and it was a nice experience. The staff here is friendly and they have other decor and furniture outside of lighting. I would shop here again. Lamps Plus online customer service is great too. We had an issue and they quickly resolved it to my satisfaction.

While the staff is very friendly, the lamp I purchased was heavily damaged and needs to be replaced. Manager offered a minor discount. Now, I have to pack up the damaged lamp and drive to return and wait a week to get my new lamp. Huge inconvenience for me, especially during Covid. No discounts offered for the extra effort to return lamp and pick up new one. I cannot recommend Lampsplus, terrible response to an issue they created.

Thankfully the female salesperson who I first talked to at Lamps Plus sent me to LightBulbs and More as she was not skilled enough to solve getting me a new lightbulb for my Ott Lamp. Second salesperson..a man didnt know what to do either.Sam at LightBulbs and More fixed my lamp in less than 5 minutes and saved me$15. Now thats knowledge and service!!

Lights lights...lamps..more lights and then they have fake orchids for $219.00.. Which made a light go off in my head. The guy over the big pond that makes the fake plastic orchid gets a $1.00....then everyone in-between the maker and the consumer who says..Thats a nice Orchid! Gets a dollar.So there were 218 middle men and women until my wife said nice Orchid!....then add $20.00 for Gov Newsom to spend on dinner out . Yep...there are a ship load of lights there for sure.

THEY DO NOT HONOR DELIVERY SHCEDULE. They will say anything to make a sale. I was told the mirror would be dlivered ON Wednesday, not estimated by or expect to receive by, but ON Wednesday. With that information, I made the purchase and scheduled to be home on Wednesday to receive the item. I still have not received the mirror and it is now a week from the date of purchase. When I called the store and spoke with the manager I heard all sorts of excuses; delays due to COVID and it is beyond their control because they outsource delivery. I understand that Covid has caused delays, but if thats the case then relay that to the customer. Dont promise a firm delivery date if you cant keep the promise. Would not suggest shopping at a place where you cant trust the staff. Too bad. There was another mirror I had considered getting for the living room. Ill take my business elsewhwere.

Ada was a huge help. My wife ordered bulbs off Amazon that resembled a wedding torch. Ada cycles through several bulbs to help us find the perfect light. We will definitely be back!

Great customer service. Great lamps. Special parking spots so you surely have a space. Although they are costly, they have so much selection. We bought lamps for our office and were sent the wrong ones. Our staff unfortunately unboxed thing lamps and threw them out. Yet the store gladly took them back without a box. They were really helpful and gave us a slight discount on the lamps we wanted to offset our trouble. Id definitely visit again.

I have never been to a Lamps Plus store. My Mother has bought a lot of lamps here. Last week she wanted to buy some bulbs for our kitchen lights that we could not find at Home Depot. When I walked into the store I could not believe how beautiful everything looked. I love mirrored tables and the selection was wonderful. She spotted a crystal table lamp that was simply beautiful and at a wonderful price. She bought it and also a floor lamp. She was able to buy the kitchen bulbs, and they were at a great price. We have to go back to pick up her lamp 11/15/2012. I cant wait to go back to look at all the beautiful furnishings they have. This is my new favorite store. Not only do they have beautiful lamps but also pillows, pictures and everything in between.

I called Ray about my electrical problem and he was promptly at my condo and troubleshooting the issue. Very professional and an overall nice guy, as well as his sons who came to assist. They fixed the problem and now my wife will be thrilled when she comes home! I will definitely recommend Ray and will contact him next time I want to upgrade my unit.

We were looking for two flush-mount ceiling fixtures. They had a great selection and happened to be having a sale. Our salesperson Ada Solano was very helpful, and we found two fixtures that we are very happy with.

We have actually never hired Ray yet...but even so he helped us 2x!!! And on holidays...he solved our problems by phone both times and refused to take a dime for it or even a gift...he is a really nice guy and truly want to help his customers...when we have ANY electrical work in the future he will ALWAYS be my first call...hands down!

Rude. I came in to look at lamps and it was an OK experience. Came in again, and because I only got canister lights, I was almost ignored. I am a home stager, so I went to the lovely lamp place next door and bought a couple different lamps. I think the guy thought my business was not important. Like in Pretty Woman -- big mistake.
