Needed to confirm prices on 6 items I will be purchasing for my next job. I was polite, notified the person I would need prices on more than one item. I was asked what company I was calling from but b4 I could answer phone was handed to someone else. I explained again and was told they dont give out prices over the phone. I find it odd given the fact that my husband has called in the past and has been given information not only on price but all sizes available aswell. They do have women working there so Im thinking that wasnt it, although it did feel like it.

These guys have the best prices around and great service. This is my go-to place for plywood and lumber for all my projects. It would be cool if they opened up locations in other places so that I can always have them close by no matter where my worksite is. Regardless, it’s worth making the drive.

First experience with these guys is picking up 1 sheet of 3/4 plywood. They hand my driver a completely warped piece of plywood. My driver unfortunately doesnt know the difference. I call the lumber yard to explain the situation, the guy immediately hangs up on me. Good to know where I will not be going.I always choose the smaller guy vs defaulting to Home Depot. I know that Home Depot wouldnt have handed someone a bad piece of plywood.Unsatisfied. If you plan on someone else picking up your lumber from this place that they know what theyre doing because El Monte doesnt.Update: the owner must be referring to another angry customer.

Even though I liked that they ultimately gave us our money back without complaining. The fact that at first the cashier was iffy about giving us our money back though I had all the return items sealed new with the valid receipt is truly horrifying!!! Poor customer service experience for having to say to us we cant refund you the money or some sort of store credit will be issued. That experience immediately lost my business.

They help out their clients very quickly and are always happy to help with a great attitude. By far the best prices I have seen in plywood.
