Please update your hours online or at least answer your phone. I tried to come by to pick up some pants I had altered and found out you closed an hour early. I wasted time and money parking just to have to turn around and make another visit, all because you couldn’t seem to answer the phones or adjust your hours.

Good Quality and Affordable. Clothes are made well comparing to some brand.

I used to love this store but I just came here and the manager was EXTREMELY rude. We asked for a refund on a dress that was ugly on, and they were refusing to give it to us until we had to argue with them to give us only a small amount of our money back. I find this to be unacceptable and therefore I will no longer be shopping here. Good customer service is key!

If you are looking for clean and nicely cut basics, Uniqlo I the good place to shop. Their clothes are comfy, not very expensive.

Recently came to this location, very clean and they do practice sanitizing their station after each customer. Quality is good and I absolutely love the new down puffer jacket I just got here, also got it on sale so that is always a plus. Very good place to get your basics. Also, this location is very huge with a good amount of selection.

I say customer service must be improved a bit on individual bases. I like the Japanese anime murchundise.

Different variety than ontario mills

They have some really great clothes. However, I feel they need to get their CV19 protocols while shoppers are in-store more properly in place. I left after a sales associate brought 2 other shoppers right in my way as I was looking at a garment holding it in my hand - literally right on top of me so I had to get out of her way as she brought others to look at what I was looking at. Just totally ignored me. No, fail. Anyways, I like their clothes.

Small store, rude staff. Just go to the Santa Monica store, its a lot bigger and Ive never had a bad experience there.

Uniqlo is the worst company to ever order online from. Do not waste your energy. I ordered a $185 order May 1 ~ package came May 27 with missing contents and severe damage. Now company wants nothing to do with me and is impossible to talk with. Worst customer service and lack of taking responibilty. Today I was emailed to deal with FED EX who said that Uniqlo needs to file the claim. Will never shop from them again. Online or inshore.

The products sold in this store has very good quality and affordable pricing. This retail store just opened a few days ago and I believe that this store is really a very good place to shop in. Ill be back here again!

UNIQLO continues to be awesome. I bought some pants at this location and they were able to hem them for free in under an hour and half!Quality wise the clothes are amazing.Service is a mixed bag. Employees dont help you on the floor but they will in the cabins.Layout of the store is weird. Its hard to find things because theyre all strewn about.

Love it very nice clothes good prices.

Its a little pricey, but the clothes are nice.

Very unique (no pun intended) and high quality clothing. The prices are pretty goods simce the higher quality clothing last you much longer, which results much lower cost-per-wear. The fit, finish, and fabric is very high quality and durable.

I was looking for a casual zip up jacket and found exactly what I was looking for. They have a nice selection of stylish clothes and the prices are reasonable. Id say its similar to a store like the Gap, but I like Uniqlo better.

I really liked the snoopy collaboration they did. The quality of the clothes is great! You just have to be mindful of the sizes they do run a bit small.

Great clothes at great prices. They have great work attire as well and they also offer FREE alterations! Means a lot to little people like me.

Please get better at alterations. It shouldnt take more than 2hrs (or in my case the next day despite 4hrs before closing) especially during a weekday. The Uniqlo in Glendale promises 1hr alterations despite the 1st come 1st serve rule.

Love the items in this store, especially the jackets and vests. I’m waiting for more of the dri-fit polos to come out. This was my first visit to any UNIQLO store, my wife always mentioned how she loved to visit these stores in Asia. I’m happy that there this store is here for my shopping pleasure.

Called the store to see if they had a size in a certain product, was placed on hold for 11 minutes and then told they didn’t have it. Got absolutely no help as to where I would be able to find the product in my size. Worst customer service I’ve ever dealt with. Do better.

I purchased 2 jeans online and had a store pick up at Beverley center, i had enrolled for text notification updates and ordered it via guest account.After one week on receiving the order confirmation i received a text from Uniqlo saying my order has been delivered by fedex to Uniqlo Beverly center.When i went to pick up my order at Uniqlo Beverly store i was told that i need an email confirmation stating that order is ready for pick up, when i actually never received an email, but i received a text from uniqlo.I was told (in a rude tone) i cant get my package without the email when i had already provided the text that i received from uniqlo and my photo ID.After requesting them to check the storage room where they receive the shipments, an employee got my package, apparently my package was never scanned after they received hence i never received the email.Please reorganize, Uniqlo beverly is not busy like other stores.we take out time to come to the store and pick up our orders.P.S. Parking is not free

This is a fantastic chain where you can find stylish clothes at an incredible inexpensive price. I was in New York recently and was so impressed with what I found there -- then when I got home to L.A. I had no idea the store was here too! Very hip Japanese designs at prices like Sears or JC Penneys! Check out their website.
