Turns out on point only covers the bolts they provide under their famous lifetime warranty, but not anything they make!! I guess that wasn’t in the fine print

This company is an absolute joke. First they took an extra 30 days to get my product to me. Then they send the wrong size hardware to install the item. On top of that the directions dont even make sense. I had to call and speak with Mike to show his the directions dont make sense and the bolts are wrong. He said they would be making changes to the directions now. When I asked if they could do anything for my inconvenience. He offered me 15% off on another product. I advised that my build is complete and I dont need anymore parts. Then I asked to just get 15% back on the order that took forever to get here. He stated he cannot do that. Absolutely terrible customer service. If I could give 0 stars I would. Tell your friends and family to stay far away from On point performance. . Its kind of ironic because their company is anything but on point.

We had a misunderstanding and that was ok ..it did set me back a week but .. with the cool t shirt and some decals that I wasnt expecting with my original purchase it kinda made up for it .. some how 2 bolts were missing from the hardware that came in the box But they rushed them to me priority now Im set to go .. the subcage is one of the most solid adjustable cages on the market thanks for a quality product
