These guys really gave me their all. I had a ton of stuff and they moved everything expediently and without damage. Will use again!

The quote was the most reasonable we received. The work was extraordinary. I concur with other reviewers, courteous, friendly, careful, fast. Completely professional. Few of us move often enough to use a vendor a second time, so we are all researching blind. I STRONGLY urge you to just use A Better Way to Move and stop all the worries. They will take great care of you and your move!

I had what I thought was going to be an easy 2 hour move that turned into a 5 hour move when my roommate decided not to pack or help out. Luis and Jose were so helpful moving furniture and all the unexpected packing that came up. They also were very patient and waited for me even though I got stuck in traffic and was late meeting them. I cannot say enough good things.

Never used this company for moving but the way they treat neighbors is disrespectful. Today they were moving on Balboa blbrd. They put truck next to the side of the road and put metallic ramp in the way it blocks the pedestrian path. Like I literally have to climb that thing and get over it.

I cannot recommend this company highly enough. They did an excellent job with our move. We ended up storing our stuff much longer than anticipated, and had to come visit to get some things out of storage. They were amazing. They had all our containers and 2 guys available to help us dig through. We were done in half an hour and they only charged us $20. After 2 years, all our stuff was still in perfect condition with no bugs, clearly be stored in a very clean, temperature controlled environment. Everyone is a delight to deal with here. And the location is quite convenient, near LAX. Really this is the best moving/ storage company ever!

This company left a major scratch on my wall and have failed to contact me timely, take responsibility, or reimburse me despite the scratch being documented by their own workers. It has been almost 1 month. Their workers put furniture anywhere they saw fit without asking me even though I was standing right there. They pushed furniture so back against the walls, it caused a huge scratch. DO NOT USE THEM. Small claims action coming.

Wow this company really lives up to its name! They came recommended by friends who had used them and I am so glad we went with them. Initial estimate was surprisingly reasonable and the guys worked so efficiently and quickly (and yet carefully!) that it ending up costing less than expected. We had 4 movers for our 3 bedroom - Brian, Jose, Luis R. and Carlos - and they were ALL awesome! These guys were clearly experts at what they do and what really struck us was that they did it with a happy attitude - really great guys - they seemed happy to be doing what they were doing so this company must be doing something right. As everyone knows, moving is super stressful so having happy attitude movers made such a difference! Made us feel like we could relax a bit and trust the process. Totally professional every step of the way and yet not uptight, a very friendly vibe. We will recommend this company to everyone. Thank you for making our move so much less stressful!!!!

We have hired A Better Way to Move twice now for moves and they are AWESOME. They came out to our place and gave us a quote that would not exceed during the move. They ended up coming in under the quote so we paid less than expected. The move was SUPER speedy, the guys were very nice and very good at what they do. Worth EVERY penny!! I cannot say enough wonderful things about this company. If you want to move affordably and efficiently, this is the company to hire!! They get the job done well and fast!

They were on time & very helpful. The price was exactly what I was quoted over the phone. They were very honest.

I would not recommend this company. They moved me last week. We had moved some special items over to the house the morning of the move - after they moved us in and had left - we noticed those items were missing. I called this morning to discuss with the company and all of their phone lines have been disconnected. Guess I can forget about saving my boxes for an exchange as they promised.
