Refused my business as they anticipate a bigger job arriving. Two staff doing nothing. I’d be concerned if I owned this joint.

All the prices are marked up (for example, $30+ for 5 boxes that would be $15 elsewhere), they keep limited hours versus other stores, theyre often out of stock on basic items, the staff is rude, and they dont accept any returns. The staff blames management if theres an issue. Want to call management instead? Oh sorry, they wont answer the phone. Dont waste your time or money here.

The Box Depot is the best place around to pick up boxes, be them for packing or shipping. The staff is very friendly and the prices are great, cheaper than any other box store nearby while still maintaining comparable quality. Additionally, they have many different sizes, more than enough to solve any packing need.

Unlike what they state on their phone system and what is written here on Google, they actually close at 6pm not at 7pm.

Was over charged for gas for the rent of a uhaul. They charged me 12.00 and said I didn’t put in gas. I drove 9 miles and put more gas in then what they started with. Horrible service.

You would have more business if you answered your phone.

Huge overcharge! Dont give them a credit card, its a license for them to charge whatever they want. They charged us $400 to send a mini electric toy car 2 states over, which is 2x the value of the product. They did not run anything by us and lied about getting our approval before shipping. Do not ship with these people.

Made a reservation for a uhaul truck days in advance. Was supposed to pick up the truck outside of business hours and sign in the app to pick up the truck. I have the confirmation and arrived on the lot. I signed in the app and the app said that the truck was not reserved for me. They never notified me that they can’t get the truck for me. Waste of my time and money.

Do not come here expecting to rent a uhaul. There is no where to leave your car more than 2 hours. They don’t warn you when you book the reservation either. Like “hey, you can rent a uhaul here but get dropped off in an uber.” This wasted my whole morning and now I have to reschedule my furniture purchase.

I’ve gone here for every move and they were always helpful but the customer service and RUDENESS over the phone is disgusting!!!!

I booked a Uhaul several weeks ago to be picked up from this place. I just called them to confirm the truck... and it turns out, they cant fulfill my order. I was never told this. Now I dont have a truck
