Best experience for shoe repair. Fast and friendly service. Parking in back alley. $30 for a full shoe clean, polish and added taps. I felt like they helped alot. And it felt great walking in newly look clean shoes. They also do watch repair and clothing alteration.

I’ve taken a few items (shoes and bags) here and had a great experience. Their estimated time for repair is accurate and they are good communicators. Their name is accurate.I’ve also had a couple of bad experiences at other shoe repair places (one ‘lost’ my vintage Chanel bag, and the other got violent when I asked why my bag wasn’t ready) so I am thankful for a good place, with talented cobblers and repair people who are kind. Nothing like a couple of lemons to help you appreciate good people all the more.

The best shoe repair in the city. Excellent work from a great staff. They can fix or make anything leather. Weve used them for 15 years and have always been more than satisfied. Often were surprised at how great a job they do.

Came here because it was local. And I figured local shops would have decent prices. He mended my favorite pair of work heels. And did a great job with the sole. The price was fairly decent too.

Also, the guy running the place is really nice. I lost my ticket once and when i went to pick up my shoes (2 weeks after they were done, no less) I expected some sort of sigh or look. But no, no guilt trips or anything like that. This place is great for getting minor repairs done on shoes.

Sam fixed an issue I was having with some J&M wingtips. Replaced the toe and heel taps properly, fixing the work of a previous shop, and shined them up nicely. They were back to me in 2 days looking like new for a reasonable price. I have found my local shoe shop.

WOW what an amazing job at a more than fair price.My mom recommended them, shes been getting her shoes fixed here. I wore out the heels on my boots, and they came out better looking than when I first bought them. Great service! I will collect and bring them all my broken pairs Ive been keeping hidden in the closet.

They are wonderful! I completely broke the zipper to my favorite pair of boots and they fixed them up great! I didnt think that it would be able to be fixed, and I had taken them to another shoe guy beforehand and had no luck. Not only did they do a great job, but they were ready in just a few days. Great pricing as well. Ill be back!

This place came highly recommended both for the quality of their work and their fair pricing. The first time I went, I brought 7 pairs of shoes and a leather purse that I wanted dyed. One of the shoes straps broke the first time I wore them and the black dye from the purse ruined an ivory silk blouse and rubs off on anything I wear despite my efforts to remove the excess dye.Still, I decided to give them another shot and brought a pair of my sons Vans there to have the sole re-glued to the canvas. The owners son quoted me $35, almost the price of the shoes, which I thought was a bit much for glue. But I went ahead with it bc it was a discontinued style and my son loves them.A few weeks after my son picked them up, the canvas separated from the sole again. I brought them back and the owner DENIED having done the repair. I explained that his son helped me and still he refused to accept any responsibility and basically suggested I was lying or crazy. He even mocked me to another customer!This is the first time I have EVER written a negative review but I feel strongly that this gentleman needs a wake up call. Small business owners that dont provide customers with quality work and decent customer service dont deserve loyal customers.

I race motorcycles and my boots, gloves and suit are always breaking zippers/tearing open etc.The factory shops are way too expensive and far away for me to take my equipment for repair all the time. So I looked up shoe repair shops on google and was lucky enough to find this one.Sam the owner ROCKS and he always gets the job done when he tells you, or even before. Just stopped by to pick up my shoes and am more than impressed! Gave him 2 heels and a pair of booties to just fix up the heel stubs. He went above and beyond to not only replace the stubs, but to clean up the scuffs and damages around the entire shoe.

This place is awesome Sammy put a half inch lift on my left shoe I had back surgery and was crooked in my hips I had a lot of pain in my right sciatic we tested the Height little by little Until my hips were square Then he cut the sole and put orthopedic foam All the way across and a quarter inch lift in my heel I’ve had a lot less pain Best money I ever spent as I am a barber and I’m on my feet a lot
