Despite it was midnight, Britney was such a sweetheart to help me with all my questions. She is very patient and knowledgeable about the products they offer. Though, I havent ordered the dress yet, so far I had a great experience with them!

This website was great. Excellent customer service. They were fast, and courteous. They answered all my questions. The person that helped me was Britney. She was very helpful. I recommend this website for wedding dress shopping. Their inventory wasnt massive, but had dresses that my fiance liked very much. Prices are very reasonable too. So they get 1 star because the dresses were beautiful. I ordered 3 dresses to try on for a wedding in November. The package was delivered on Friday, Sep 24. Due to work schedule it took me a few days before I could try on and then reach out for the return process. I emailed them afternoon of Oct 2 and was told I missed the return request date. I double checked the return policy on my receipt and it states the return must be received in 14 days. So their response was I needed to call them in 5 days of receipt to request the return, however this is not stated in the written policy. Their conciliatory offer is to give me store credit for the purchase. Terrible customer service for an online out-of-town shopper.

The customer service was wonderful! I ordered a pantsuit for a wedding I am attending in October but didnt love it when the outfit arrived. I was able to return it and order a different outfit with no problem at all. I absolutely love the second outfit and cant wait to wear it. I ordered 2 dresses and received 1. The box it arrived in had the second dress marked off the shipping label. Inside was a receipt showing I had been charged for 2 dresses and it said (Separate shipments). I got one dress and never received the second one. I waited for the second dress to arrive to begin my 5 days of review time and it did not ever arrive. The item that did arrive, 5 days later, was nothing I even considered ordering(not a dress but pant suit, size 14 not 18 or 20 and Zebra print for my sons plum and sage colored wedding ). Now I am being told the second dress was delivered (again it was not but a pant suit I never even looked at was) and then told that I have exceeded the 5 day window to request a return and now can only receive store credit. I do not want store credit as I will not have a need for another plum colored dress for my sons wedding within 45 days. No thank you!Poor customer service and shady return policy. I would expect the entire order for 5 days to consider. I also should have paid closer attention to the restocking fee of 20% . That was if I requested return within 5 days of delivery. I never received a full delivery at all. Still havent. I better not be charged return fees for the pant suit they sent me that I never ordered. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY FOR ONLINE SHOPPING!

I cant say enough about how amazing working with The Dress outlet has been! I bought a dress without going by my measurements first. I spoke to a woman named Britney through the live chat that was sooooo helpful in my exchange of size. Every time I logged on to the the live chat our conversation picked up right where we left off and she was able to check on my return for me! Amazing company! By the way my reception wedding dress was under $200 and it is GORGEOUS!

I received the absolutely stunning long off shoulder formal prom dress gown in the eggplant that I ordered for a summer wedding. I didnt realize when I ordered it, that it is actually a winter gown and wouldnt work for my summer wedding. However by the time I realized this, I was outside of the return policy window. I bought a dress for my best friend’s wedding, and I got so many compliments wearing it.They have great customer service and beautiful products. The brand I purchased Was cinderella-divine which runs small. I normally wear a size 8, but I had to exchange mine to a size 10. If you exchange it for the correct size they don’t deduct the restocking fee, however you have to pay for the shipping cost. Still worth it because the same dress was so much more expensive at the other websites.

Outstanding customer service. I ordered 2 dresses for my sons wedding and one arrived very quickly, it was the wrong color so needed to send it back. I sent an email and I received a response very quickly from Tricia. I advised that I received only of one of the dresses and had not been notified of the other dress being shipped. She advised she would check on it and get back to me. She got back to me in a very quick manner and advised that I would not have it in time for my occasion due to the manufacturer. I appreciated her honesty and help. She then advised me of the return policy and procedure. It was a very smooth process. The dress was great quality and was just as shown in picture other than it was not quite the color we needed for the wedding. She provided me with the return documents and I sent the the dress back. The refund was then credited to my account promptly after they received the dress back without any problems or hesitations. This was my first time ordering a dress online. I needed a special dress for my nieces wedding.I ordered a sheath type dress with a matching long sleeve jacket. In a pretty Peacock blue color. I wasnt sure of the size to order and after I placed my order, I thought I better get the next size up. So I sent an email which was very quickly answered and size changed.It came very quickly, packaged nicely on a hanger and in plastic wrap.It was so much prettier in person, fit perfectly, except for the sleeves on jacket a bit too long, but no problem getting them shortened.I will be needing another outfit for my nephews wedding, and will definitely order again!!
