Party World is a great place to come for well, party supplies. They have everything from mylar balloons to poppers, and costumes to vuvuzelas (stadium horns). They sell wholesale and to the public: obviously if you purchased more you will get a bit of a further discount. Like all the stores down here, cash is preferred (and often the only accepted payment) though here they take credit for a fee and a minimum order. The owner is friendly and always present.

Your one stop shop for party supply. They have everything you need from utensils, plates, table covers, ballons (mylar/latex) decorations, cake topper you name it they have it. The owner is very friendly with a great sense of humor and his employees are very helpful at helping you find eveything you need.

Its look kind of small from the outside. But once inside its so full with a variety of party supplies and candies from Mexico that can oush you to breaking your bidget. Its very afforable as well. I always go to buy candies because they are almost in bulk.

Bought a tutu and leg warmers there, they didnt have them up yet so they only showed me the one pair they could find. Paid 44.00 for them and they didnt match my outfit so I went in to do an exchange and see if they had the rest put up and they refused to do an exchange..same item just different color packages never opened tags still on both items. This was in las cruces nm, wont do business there again. Employees should let customers know there is a no return or exchange fee, should have signs up as well.
