I placed an order through the website. Due to manufacturing equipment malfunction at cognito, the parts I needed would not be shipping for quite some time. Shawna at Norcal was extremely helpful in helping me find the parts locally so I wouldn’t have to wait to get my truck back on the road. She went the extra mile to ensure I was able to get my parts as soon as possible at the cost of not making a sale. This speaks to the customer service that they provide. I will continue to make Norcal my first stop for all of my parts needs.

Awesome.., Friendly.., and willing to go the extra mile for customers. They dont sell junk, only top brands. Install went great!! Not only do they do suspension, but have a Diesel repair/performance shop as well
