Fast and friendly service and Josh did a great job in replacing a bad alternator on a Camry. It required a lot of extra work to get to the alternator.

This company says “we’re family owned and operated over 20 years”. If you guys really taking care about customers - why you’re left me on the shoulder over 27 hours! Mechanic came to me after 2.5h after first call. Ok. He found a problem-nothing major but part needs to be replaced or fixed. Ok. He didn’t find a part even on the next day and came to me with welding machine (why company cannot provide special non expensive tool for the each guy...) and unsuccessfully didn’t fix a detail. Fortunately I found a part by myself in 2hr drive in Bakersfield. Still on the middle of nowhere I couldn’t get it and mechanic provided a “delivery guy” for $300 which is made a round trip 300 miles total for 8hours! They doesn’t care about you at all. Shame folks!Service is very disappointed.So, if you get stuck on the road try to find another company to save a lot of time and nervous.

I don’t leave reviews but these guys were so awesome I just had to. Called them they showed up 20 mins and got straight to work. Very professional, fast, intelligent and honest. I’d definitely call them up and trust them with any mechanic job.

My car just shut off on the highway and it was just me and my granddaughter and the guys from rapid wrench were there fast and fixed my car within an hour they are definitely the company to call if you break down in this area

I had an electrical issue no lights on my trailer.. I had two other mechanics look it over an charge me an all they did was make it worse...
