Jerry has been taking care of our cars for over a year, I would say almost 2 years. Changed transmission on a car, replaced computer, air compressor, shocks to another, and much more to other of my cars. Never need to worry about him being honest. I know they are! He has been really helpful and really reasonable on his prices, never need to come back for the same problem. I 100% recommend them! Other shops will repair something on your car but damage other thing, so u come back or simply tell you is this the problem when is not, so they can get your money but this guys right here 👌🏽 know their business. Really honest and professional.

Driving from So Cal to Seattle, a recently replaced alternator failed. I asked a tow truck driver for a good shop. He recommended Car Guys.The owner and staff jumped to fix my car. I was on the road again by noon.The owner even worked with the auto store to exchange the earlier alternator. I only had to pay labor. Awesome service and people. Thank you Car Guys.

Thank You Letter - Here is my story. I went road trip to Yosemite with my mother and grandma. We were on the way to home. Then we realized a part of my car has broken.I was nervous - I know nothing about car, I am a new driver, dont know how much it will cost, dont know if we can go back to home on the same day, etc. I search on Google maps and choose The Car Guys.The person who helped me is really nice. My family and I were going on vacation and passing through,when our air conditioning went out on our car. We were reccomend to come to the car guys so we did. As soon as we told them what happened they (jerry) took a look at our car right away, did some test on out engine and spent about 45 minutes looking for issues. In the end they charged us nothing ! They did it all on the spot out of generosity and kindness! What great people and a great shop. Thank you very guys and thank you Jerry--your awesome !

This isn’t the place to go to if you’re from out of town. At first glance, the other reviews are good and the workers are nice. The mechanic got my husband on the road pretty fast with a new (different) fuel pump. I guess the fact that it was so fast should have indicated the quality of workFast forward to when the check engine light comes on about a month later. I take it to a dealership in Vegas where I live and find out it’s something with the fuel pump. ProVantage, their warranty company, will only cover the original total of what we paid to get it replaced. That would work if we lived in Los Banos, but we don’t. After going back and forth between Dean, the warranty company, and the dealership, I take Dean’s advice and take it to a different shop that isn’t as expensive as the dealership. This results in a diagnostics fee being deducted from the total (-$165).The new shop finds that the seal was pinched I.e. mechanic error has resulted in this mess. The warranty company ends up only covering part of the cost and now I’m out $200. This whole fiasco has resulted in me being without my truck for weeks and basically taking over my life so I can make this as cheap as possible for the shop and still they won’t cover my out of pocket costs.If it is mechanic error that caused the issue, then the customer should be out $0. I’m out $200 just in repairs and does not account for all the resources I have poured into this. Any honest company would know that this doesn’t fall on the customer. I guess that’s why they’re not accredited with the BBB (Better Business Bureau).

Took my 97 bmw 528i to get a diagnostic for check engine light they did the repairs quick and were very knowledgeable in the repairs it needed to pass smog honest shop with great customer service I would recommend anyone to come get repairs here also coming back for some window regulator repairs soon.
