I am very disappointed with Roger (Owner) of A-1 Water.Over a month ago Roger approached me at my home and wanted to promote his business and hand out flyers. I inquired about water conditioning systems and we had a short talk. During this time, Roger never spoke about his product. To this day I can not tell you about the product that Roger uses or any type of warranty it may include. He seemed to only want to talk about how bad, expensive, or under qualified everyone else offering similar installations and product were. I was not a fan of this tact, but his price point was much better than everyone else’s and I would have rather given my money to a local business. This is why I tried to give him my support.It has been over a month now with many failed promises to contact me with a quote or reply back to any of my messages or phone calls to his local store. Reading comments from others and word of mouth, I have found out that I am not the only person he has done this to.Let’s say you do get an installation done by Roger, what happens if you need a repair? I couldn’t get the guy to take $4K from me, how would anyone expect him to take care of any warranty work?If Rogers plumbing is anything like his business practices, I feel for the homes that he has worked on. Let that be a warning.In the end, I decided to go with a nationally recognized company that offers a lifetime warranty for all of their product. Yes they were much more expensive but What is a few more bucks to help protect your home. Water conditioning is an investment for your home and Roger does not seem like the type of person who would want to protect that.Whatever decision you make, please do your research first and insure you are making the right one.

This place has the best water hands down. I have been buying my bottle water here for years and yes I have bought water ether places, but you can tast the difference. Thanks for the many years of service. I cant wait until the new store opens.
