We got our cabinets replaced in 2019, the cabinets install went well although we had to persuade VGC to install the hardware at a lesser cost as the doors would not open without handles. Moving forward to 2021, we noticed a hairline fracture in the glass, I called them and without even looking to see if it was workmanship or caused by us they wanted to repair at our cost. The work they did was good, but customer service is in need of help. I repaired the glass myself, but it was a workmanship issue and they could have easily assessed and repaired - but to not evaluate and want to charge is just poor customer service. I would not discourage anyone from doing business with them, but I would say read the fine print and make sure everything is noted in the contract. 2 stars for customer service, four stars for actual work - in sum - 3 stars.
