So I ordered two pictures that are 4x6. They were supposed to be ready by 9:50 am. Got there like around 10 am. Went to the photo department and the lady working there didn’t even acknowledge me, she kept doing her thing. I was there for about 5 minutes until she decided she was ready to help me. While I was waiting I grabbed some flowers and a bag of m&m’s. She was like: if you order was submitted today the pictures won’t be ready until Saturday because we ran out of paper. How come no one called me or sent me a message regarding this. She was very uncaring about the situation. She didn’t even bother to ask me if I wanted to pay for my items there. So I went to the store line and bought the two items I had with me. This lady needs to work on her customer service skills.

If I could give the Walgreens pharmacy negative stars I would. They are straight trash. They lie about when they receive prescriptions, your wait times will be 30-90 mins after they say it’s ready and employees are rude! DO NOT GO HERE

Okay, I get that people are concerned about covid, but that does not mean the world stops turning. Our kids get sick, we need prescriptions for our ailments. I had the lady tell me at the drive through that the drive through is only for covid. How ridiculous is that? There was no sign or hours listed when we are allowed to come, and then they treat you like you are monster cause they have to fill a prescription. Sounds like I need to find a new pharmacy!!

DONT EVERY GO HERE! Takes 3x times longer than anywhere else in town. All are rude, lazy, and do not care for anyone that goes in. If you see an employee that is, because all are too busy hiding in the back of the store.

No matter how many people working here it is still so busy. I waited in a line for pharmacy and it was over 20 minutes then another line to buy something same thing. I font see why pharmacy takes so long they have like 5 people working in the back. They need to prioritize their time. Worse customer service and wait shouldnt be this long.

I have called their pharmacy 3 times. Each time I had to wait easily over 30 minutes to get someone at the other end of the line. This location is irresponsible, If they cared for their customers they would know their time is valuable and shouldnt be wasted like that. I am very disappointed, especially when its such a small community and they dont have as many people as other locations.

Cashier was super friendly but its 6pm on a Saturday and hes here by himself! Line mile long 😣

The wait times far exceed any other Walgreens. They will not ever answer the phone. Actually had one pharmacist refuse to run a prescription because they assumed insurance wouldnt cover it. Turns out they did.In a bedroom community where most of the occupants commute you should really consider extending your hours. My children have had to wait over 48 hours at times for a prescription due to the limites hours, and the inability to get ahold of the staff to have them transfer to a pharmacy along my commute path.

I really love this Walgreens, I can shop and look around with no pressure. Overall service and selection is good. I love the staff in the pharmacy, especially Cynthia, she always goes above and beyond to ensure your meds are ready and completed correctly.

Every employee I have come in contact with over the last year has been more than helpful. Each one seems to know the store and are very nice. And the drive-thru pharmacy is wonderful.

Probably 1st and last time I use Walgreens to get script filled! Should have known better than to come around 6PM. One of the customer service reps conveniently took her break around the stores busiest time! Still standing in the line at pharmacy.

I addition to experiencing many of same complaints about their pharmacy, I have had nothing but hassles and problems with Miguel, the manager at this location (Los Banos). Most of them were about my purchases and any applicable discounts, promotional offers, sale prices, anything having to do with Rewards Points, refusing to honor coupons -including their own, not giving me my senior day discount, and otherwise just flat out lying to my face.The latest incident took place earlier this evening. I wanted to return some items I bought three weeks ago. I had the receipt with me but Miguel told me I had to return them at the same store I bought them. This would require me to drive 47 miles away on a one-lane highway over a mountain pass. And there are only 2 days left before 30 days have passed.When I got home I looked up Walgreens return policy, which says returns can be made at any Walgreens store.Update next day:After I called the store to make sure I could make a return there for purchases made at another store. Employee verified yes. Do I went there earlier hoping to avoid Miguel. All was going well and I was halfway thru the transaction when the cashier needed assistance. I asked her if we could just stop there rather than have to deal with Miguel.As soon as he saw that I was returning from that store and he again said policy said no. I let him know that I knew he was lying so he said well its up to manager discretion. And he refused. Even after I asked why he was forcing me to drive the 47 miles away.Then he wouldnt even let me return something I bought there at that Los Banos store. I pressed him on why and he said he wasnt comfortable doing it for me. I was pretty floored by that as it was completely unwarranted and came out of the blue. I tried to get him to at least tell me what made so uncomfortable. He wouldnt answer, walked away and kept repeating I could ask the manager next day. I couldnt even find out what made him feel uncomfortable!Didnt like my shoes maybe?He got very defensive, almost combative. I started recording see that point to get him on camera and document the incident. I wouldnt leave, kept recording. He said I couldnt record, I said yes I can. I refused to leave- l was still very calm and reasonable. Made him follow thru his threat calling PD (heh heh). Basically, I wanted them there, to have on record that I was calm and reasonable, etc, I didnt dispute his right to refuse to help me, I just wanted him to say why., Without the police seeing my demeanor, its my word against his.. Which would probably be a whole different story!After I get a copy of the police report, Im going to register a formal complaint with Corporate. Ill probably first see if I can get an answer about what exactly made him uncomfortable.All of this so confusing. Ive been a good loyal customer for 12 years, spent A Lot of money there. In fact, I had just spent $626 in less than a month.Sorry for the lengthy review, but I am still pretty upset about the whole situation.

I will be changing pharmacys. This is the worst walgreens ive ever dealt with. The staff is rude and they incorrectly fispesned my meds. When i ask for the documentation that the doc swnt to them they just gave me a list of when i picked up my meds. They are with holding my medical documentation.

Get all my prescriptions here. Get discounts with my balance rewards card.

The friendly staff really make this place. Also love their Russell Stover sugar-free candies (sweetened with Stevia) and the Walgreens brand items, such as the packaged nuts and bottled waters - those are very good quality at good prices

This pharmacy is so under staffed. I have been waiting for a week to get my medication ready so I finally decided to show up today and they asked me to wait 20 more minutes because it wasnt ready. Customers looked extremely stressed out with the inefficiency! And so am I still waiting on my prescription right now.

The pharmacy service sucks here in Los Banos Walgreens they have no customer service skills whatsoever very rude and take forever to fill a prescription even with seven staff inside just doing nothing but talking dont even care that they have a line in the Drive-Thru and inside the store definitely wouldnt recommend this pharmacy to anyone and I definitely will not be coming back.

I walked into one of my most favorite stores in Los Banos, Walgreens 3 weeks ago on a Tuesday, early morning I went to develop family photos and one of your employees by the name of Ana or Angie I dont fully remember the name, reeked of alcohol and did not look professional whatsoever. I still decided to get the photos done because I needed them done by that day. In the end, when I got my photos back they werent what I specifically asked for and when I told the employee about the mistake she had made, she was completely rude, blamed the situation on me and said there was nothing she could do about it. I told her if I could speak to someone else and she told me If you dont like it here Walmart is down the street. I have never had an employee at Walgreens handle me in such a rude manner. After that day, I have not gone to walgreens and neither have any of my acquaintances. GET RID OF THE RUDE EMPLOYEES!!!

The pharmacy takes a long time to get there customers in and out. It takes longer in the lines to wait to go up. then to make the medication. The front store cashiers are not any faster.HIRE MORE HELP !!!!!!..................

Customer service has steadily gone down hill in the pharmacy, long waits over worked techs who because of this they are frustrated and rude.

After years of poor customer services I have transferred my prescription refills to another competitor.

Happy I was able to get a flu shot appointment the same day I needed it (everywhere else was two weeks out). I made the mistake of trying to squeeze this appointment into my lunch break though. There wasnt much communication after checking in about how long it would be until a pharmacist would see me and I ended up waiting about 30-40 minutes after my appointment time. Once they helped me it was pretty quick and I didnt go over my break time. It was still stressful due to the uncertainty.Wouldve given 2 stars for the wait, but due to the availability and staff being very nice (Im sure there were things they could not help) I give this location a tentative 3 stars.

Well sorted Walgreens along the highway. The action-related discounts we have not quite looked through, but most of the prices are okay. The staff was friendly and helpful. In front of the Walgreens there is ample free parking.

They last a long time to be able to answer a pessimistic service call. It took me a long time to answer exactly 10 minutes and since they answered me they told me to wait and they hung up.

Waiting 30 minutes for the Drive thru, the 4 cars that were in front of me never moved, I had to leave ...The worst window service of all pharmacies
