The people here are amazing! I have purchased a couple of cars and received only the best in class service! The sales team go above and beyond to ensure all my customer needs were met. If anything happened that needed to be solved they were quick to make things right and even better. The service crew give me peace of mind knowing that my cars are in good hands. I had multiple service needs through out the years and there was never an issue that they couldnt resolve. I can always count on them! The management team are also focused around a positive customer experience and have events that I always look forward to every year! Terrible customer service with terrible communication. The salesman and managers have a “I don’t care about anything” attitude. I found my dream car which took months to locate. Submitted my application and everything was going great.The salesmen then had an angry customer come in whose car apparently had broken down and demanded that they buy it back and give him a new one. Guess which car out of the dozens they sell him to make him happy? MINE! They stopped my application and gave the guy the car for a few hours to drive. All managers and sales people just shrugged their shoulders and gave us the we’ll look into it and call you back excuses. Never received a call back from anyone.This is a terrible place to buy. They will be nice to you until someone they like better come along.

Bought a car on 2.22.21. From the beginning Adam the sales manager was helping me get all the information I needed for the car, like how the previous owner took care of it and what reason he traded this vehicle in. He was very knowledgeable about the condition of the vehicle. This is what car buying should be (I think I stole that from somewhere not sure where). Definitely will come back to do business again in the future. Oh didnt want to leave out that I live on the other side of the Country in Georgia, but they made it very simple throughout the whole transaction. Highly recommended!!

The staff extremely knowledgeable and cars works of art. The dealership immaculate. Its like going to an amazing modern art museum. Everything so well curated that it leaves you breathless and wanting more.

If you are an OUT OF STATE BUYER, don’t even bother coming here! We talked to two different salesmen, (over the course of a few hours, not multiple days), did an application, started arranging our flights, then they pulled our app, without even informing us, because an in-state buyer they valued more than us wanted the car. Let me also add that the car the other guy bought from them broke down so they had to take it back and sell him another. So if you don’t live in Cali, and you’re just a regular ole person with dreams of owning your first luxury car, probably don’t come here ‘cause they’ll sell the car you want to whatever wealthy Joe walks in the door. My husband is a disabled Marine Corps Veteran who has been saving for years to buy the one car he’s always wanted and never thought he could buy. And now his dream car is sold to some guy who hops from luxury car to luxury car on a whim. Thanks Los Gatos Luxury Cars for the horrible customer service, complete lack of communication and disappointing car buying experience.(Side note, Adam is awesome.)

Right on the note the rhythms are in harmony with the customers who come to site for the first time and have given them the time to look around freely. The attitude is very positive and so is the grace. Vehicles are immaculate and site is amazing with refreshments

They had a great selection of cars to browse through. Staff was super friendly. A little disappointed though that they didnt have any Bugattis.

I have acquired two cars here, first a new Aston Martin Vantage Roadster that I bought and and then a new McLaren 570S Spider that I leased. The buying experience that I had with the Aston Martin was the best purchasing experience I have ever had and the McLaren experience was wonderful as well . . . sadly, those days of customer focus seem to be in the past.This year I have had a few issues with routine service for the McLaren and when I went in recently to see about next steps with the 570s with the Salesman (now a Sales Mgr it seems?) that I had bought the AM from (my McLaren salesman moved to the East Coast), he literally blew me off . . . this was after we spoke on the phone to set up the appointment.I showed up and he was literally nowhere to be found - depsite my calling and texting to reconfirm. When another rep tracked him down, he was too busy to meet me as planned. OK, thats fine, I decided I would wait for ~30 minutes.Nothing.OK . . . I was still gracious and asked that he give me a call later that day (it was around 11am at this point). It has now been a couple of days and I have not heard a thing.In frustration, I decided to call another salesman in Palo Alto and I got the equivalent of a shrug.Wow. I guess that the supercar market has really picked up because these guys no longer care about repeat customers. Good for them but I will NEVER chase a vendor to give them MY money.Oh well, plenty of fish in the sea and Ill be taking my business elsewhere moving forward.

Mario helped put me in a vantage. Professional, fast, and fun to work with ...even from an out of state buyer that bought the cheapest car on the lot :-) I felt appreciated, and I felt safe.

In April I went to Los Gatos Luxury Cars to see my dream car. Sebastian was my sales person. I had called previously and spoken to Sebastian, so I had an appointment to test drive the car. The car was fantastic and I ended up purchasing it. But this review is about Sebastian and the excellent service I received. Sebastian was warm and friendly, and always professional. He is at the top of his game. When Sebastian felt me hesitating just a bit, he knew exactly how to handle that with a gentle nudge, no pressure at all. When I asked for something to be added into the deal, he had no problem with it. And, I could not be happier. Sebastian is your man when looking for your dream car. Los Gatos Luxury Cars is a great place to shop for a car...but even better with Sebastian there.

The customer service and service department is the worst I have ever seen. They rip off people by overcharging them and are not honest with their presentation. I have owned luxury cars for many years and I would not recommend anyone to go there.

Wow very surprised with the good reviews. This place overcharges triple so bad its very sad to see so many people not know the are getting ripped off. Unless you have money to burn, please dont take your luxury car here.

IF I COULD GIVE 10/10 I WOULDMy dream is to own a koenigsegg, any of em. And one day i got a call froma friend that said he saw one inside the dealership. So hearing this, the next time u was going to LA, (that next week) i made sure to stop by and asked if i could see it. They had a big snile on their face as they said yes and i freaked out. They brought me to the back and there it was. A koenigsegg CCRX, grey, sitting in the backroom. Only 8 are road alowed im American, so seeing one in person was amazing!

I decided to stop buy here while my wife was getting her hair done. Wondered around the place looking at locked cars, can you blame them?, checked out the cars in the show room, and nobody, absolutely nobody came to say hi. Let alone see if there was anything they could do to help me. Maybe I needed an appointment.
