We recently purchased the Vita Elegant spa from the team at Tradewinds Spa. Tradewinds came recommended from a friend and we have been extremely pleased with the quality of service and the overall experience. Don in particular deserves credit for being a lifesaver for his advice and guidance. He also did a great job in recommending the right tub for us and helping us think through the multitude of decisions (e.g. electrical, color, steps, etc.). I would not think about a hot tub purchase based on the tub price alone. You will need support and guidance from a professional. The peace of mind in buying a spa from a quality supplier like Tradewinds has been 100% worth it for us. I did not realize how much wed lean on Don for help in getting our tub set up and its exceeded our expectations on the service side. If you are considering a tub, I would highly recommend Tradewinds for this big purchase.
