Our home remodel required a lot of light decisions and Lite Line was an incredible help. They were especially knowledgeable about the LED options and converting to dim-able LED - finding out about the string of LED under-cabinet lights made a huge difference. The staff could not be more helpful -- and were also careful not to be hovering when we wanted to just look and discuss. A wonderful experience!

The incredible creations in this lighting store are absolutely amazing.

Their in store inventory is fairly low. If you want to see a light, expect to pay shipping both ways and a restocking fee that far exceeds anything reasonable. While they do help customers through email, the quality of response is sparse and the communication inconsistent. Service is just not first priority for this store. Not worth the risk vs online retailers.

I recently visited Lite Line Illumination to purchase some lights for my home. The staff was courteous and friendly. I was greeted by Tal and Lance at the door. The interaction was very positive, and their knowledge of LEDs really made me confident about the lighting that they showed me. I enjoyed my visit with them so much I bought the whole staff lunch as a thank you. I couldnt happier with my lights, or the service I received at Lite Line Illumination.
