I purchased luggage locks from here and 1 out of 3 didnt work properly, I took the lock back the next day and the gentleman behind the counter tried to make it work, when it wouldnt he went over to the locks, grabbed a new one and said have a nice day, what great service, I will be coming back for my luggage needs.

I was greeted promptly, explained what I wanted and was shown the exact spot in the store. And, questions about converters from USA to European current were answered. This is my go to place for travel necessities

If you value respect and customer service, avoid this store at all costs. I can honestly say I have never been treated with such disrespect and rudeness by anyone in my life as the way the owner treated my husband and I when attempting to make a return. As a Los Gatos local, it hurts to say I would gladly support a big box store over this local shop anyday. I will absolutely never step foot in this store again.

My luggage was damaged, so the Luggage Center gave me a loaner, and sent in my old Briggs and Riley to be repaired via rush delivery. There was no hastle and they were very helpful.
