I had such a good exprince here today! The staff was amazing and so happy to find me a game I would love. They treated me with respect and kindness. One of the workers, Xavier was amazing! He recommended me a game called Bendy and the ink machine. Its great. I will 10000% go back!

Hands down my favorite Gamestop to go to in New Mexico. The employees are awesome especially the manager. Theyre helpful and nice. Known to spark up a conversation on games or consoles too, which this Geeky lady can appreciate.

Would like to start out by saying gamestop was my favorite place and goto for buying or pre ordering games and or consoles. The last straw was when i called in to see if PS5 pre orders were live and if i could secure my pre order. Well I was told pre orders had already gone live and they werent taking any more pre ordering. So I then asked why I wasnt notified by email or contacted by phone that being that i was supposedly on a PS5 pre order call list. I was told that any person in store asking to pre order the PS5 couldnt be turned down for business. As a regular gamestop customer that really upset the sh!t out of me that I didnt get a notification or call. The pre order call list was pretty much non existent. Why have email notifications and call list for people if your not gonna honor either one of them. Luckily I did get my PS5 pre order elsewhere. This being said I will not be returning to gamestop for future purchases

Have gotten great deals here before but not in this case when it came to getting a PS4 mini controller. Was $30+tax so we went to the Wal-Mart behind it and got the exact same product for less.

Usually has the games I need and if they dont I can request it. Usually good prices and occasionally good deals on expensive items. Only downside: kind of always smells like weird ice cream as its next to a cold stone.

Bossman Jay keeps this store in tip-top shape. They always have the coolest stuff whether it be collectibles like aquamans trident, toys like Five Nights at Freddys giant stuffies, or virtually any video game item. Is a proper example of how any gamestop should run.

Went about a year ago on Black Friday 2020, to buy an Xbox Series X, they sold out after about 3-5 sold so I went to the Walmart behind them to buy it. Store is only good for switch or some games, as its more convenient buying digital or Xbox Gamepass
