Left my slow running laptop for repair. Owner Kevin called the same day to explain the problem; plus an embedded virus he would removed. The next day I picked up my computer and paid a very nominal and fair price for the repairs. I have visited the shop 3-4 times in the past 5-6 years. Happy that I live close by, but I would travel a distance for the service extended here.

We had went in to purchase an adapter for a surface Pro to usb for an emergent job. We had called in to ensure the part was there, we were assured that it was there. Upon arrival, the part described was not there, only a larger, more expensive part... Due to it being an emergent job, we begrudgingly agreed to purchase the part but, due to your servers being down, we were unable to use the credit card reader and were told we had to pay cash. We did not have the cash to purchase the product (that we didnt want in the first place) and we had to drive into ABQ to aquire the part we needed. The guy said he would drop the price and asked how much cash we had... It all seemed very suspect and just opted to not purchase the product and go somewhere else.

I am very pleased with the service I received. I liked the way Mark took the time to explain things to me as I am fairly new to the computer world. I am up and running as it should be. Thank you for taking the time and being patient with me, as I could see you were very busy. I would recommend Performance Computers to any who needs there computers worked on.
