Excellent service, consistently!!! Mike is wonderful at what he does. He is smart, responsive, timely and fair. I have gone to him several times now for anything from an inspection, to regular oil changes, and everything in between for my BMW wagon. I recommend him to all of my family and friends. I feel as safe as can be when I drive away from H&W, what more could you ask for.

Im not sure what happened to the person who wrote the review that said the owner was sarcastic at H&W Automotive, but ever since the first time I took my vehicle there for service on the recommendation of a friend several years ago, I have been extremely satisfied! The owner (Mike Wiggett) doesnt talk much, because he is busy and always working hard. He is a great mechanic who has never failed to resolve a problem I bring to him and one time he researched my issue and found it was a factory defect and there was a recall which I did take to the dealer. He will always take the time to listen, answer your questions, troubleshoot your problem, and give you a very reasonable and fair quote to repair it (much less than any dealer). He has helped me out on many occasions and I have referred him to my friends, relatives, and company I worked for who also share my complete satisfaction and would definitely recommend him. If you want a fancy waiting room with free wi-fi, coffee, snacks and TV, go to an expensive dealership. If you want your vehicle repaired by a trustworthy mechanic for a good price, take it to H&W Automotive.
