Our delivery man Joe Luongu is wonderful, so pleasant, professional and a pleasure to see every time he comes. Our delivery came sooner than expected and the process from ordering to paying our bill is quick and easy online. (The email reminder to check our tank level didnt hurt, too!)

HUGE kudos to Marc Murgo! I originally had him come to my home because I was interested in a space heater and while there, he noticed I had an older oil tank. We set everything up to get a new tank and when it came time for the install today, we noticed it should have been replaced 30-years ago! Best in home proposal experience ever. Marc Murgo was professional in all respects. Arrived when he said he would, and gave us a proposal for heater install to heat partially finished cellar. Even helped me out with understanding our gas fireplace and how to clean and operate at best settings. This is above and beyond what he came to do. Randy Davis serviced our furnace and repaired a slight gas leak on our outside line. He also explained the service contract and the benefits of having one. He was courteous and professional in his presentation.We signed up for the contract. His pleasant personality and excellent technical knowledge created a comfortable experience for us.

We have been with Eastern many year with some bumpy roads but nothing that we could not resolve. The team completed an inspection late last year which indicated that the oil storage tank was starting to rust. After completing my investigation I was surprised to find out that my tank was 33 years of age. I did not want to push my luck with this tank based on the age. Marc Murgo visited the home and provide a quote and responded to many of my questions. After signing the proposal within two weeks we had the new ROTH double wall tank installed. The team did a nice installation and cleaned up. Much appreciated.

About a week or two ago, our family stopped at Home Depot. My husband thought he left the car on when he actually only left the battery running. Needless to say we needed a jump start. My husband asked a man named Marc Murgo, if he was willing to help us. He did so willingly. The interaction between my husband and Marc seemed like they were lifetime friends. If this man was so nice to a stranger, I can only imagine how great of a person he is as an employee. Thank you again, Marc.

No fun coming home to a furnace leaking onto the basement floor. An Eastern repairman arrived within an hour of my call and declared the furnace dead of old age (we had been warned that it was on its last legs, but it chugged along until that day.) Salesman met me a few hours later and ordered a replacement. Installation of new furnace complete 3 days later. The 2 gentlemen that did the install were knowledgeable, quick, and friendly. I highly recommend Eastern Oil service.

Fantastic customer service from Marc Murgo. Fast response and easy to work with. I was not able to be there for a 500 gal tank install and he helped arrange and made sure it went well. Ask A couple different times about getting a tank installed never gave a complete date quote was not accurate and Much more than other companies in the area. Never could get work done or a strait day when it could be done. Calls never returned by tucker...When called for qutoe Could never get on a date when they actually would install it. Call back to see if they even could install never called me back. Not Only are they the most expensive they definitely take the longest to reply. Went though suburban.

This morning we woke up with no propane - despite our tank reading 70%. After a call to Easterns emergency line, a truck was dispatched within an hour. After the fact, due to a slight odor (related to the tank being empty and appliances running), Eastern sent a tech to check our house to ensure its safety.From the Customer service rep that answered the emergency number (didnt get name), to the driver that filled us up (Dillon?), to the technician that checked my system for leaks (Jim) -- I dont think Ive ever had a more positive and pleasant experience. Both the delivery driver and the tech that was sent were more than happy to explain what was going on and why.Weve been an eastern customer for 3 years now....and (unless I get some crazy unexpected bill for the emergency service call / odor check) will continue to be for many years.

Had annual service performed by Ryan while Van schooled me about the benefits and operation of a blower for my fireplace. Both were professional, courteous and friendly.

This company lacks integrity. They pre-billed me for their Red Ribbon service plan, that I never asked for. When I asked to make it an automatic yearly service appointment, they refused. When I asked to not participate in this offering, 10 days later they sent me a late payment notice. I had to call 3 times to get a refund, and am not sure I even have the credit now. They count on spoilage with this plan. (that is for loyal customers to pay for it annually, forget they have the benefit, and so the cycle goes) For them to do this to a loyal customer of 8 years tells me that they lack integrity and cannot be trusted. If you are looking for honest propane delivery and service, I would strongly encourage you to look elsewhere. INTEGRITY MATTERS. Trust is critical in this auto fill industry. They lost mine.

The first problem I had was running out of propane and waiting hours for delivery after ordering a week prior.. I then found out they had placed a hold on deliveries for non payment. Apparently, they had switched computer systems and lost my payment info. They DID cash my check however.. The second problem I had was when requested delivery last week. Yesterday, they made a delivery next door and I again will run out of propane as they failed to schedule deliveries in any reasonable manner what so ever. I understand 100% why their prices are so inflated. I am not impressed with their service at all

New to LP gas, needed to buy a tank for burial. They were very helpful in the process with advice on the excavation and following through for the connection and inspection as well.
